Lived in Deltona back in the early 2000’s during highschool days. I loved it, the environment is layback and friendly away from the large crowds but close enough to enjoy. Really considering moving back and purchasing a home.
Yes! That's how I remember Deltona. To be honest it hasn't changed much from that. It's not growing SUPER SUPER fast which maybe a good thing for some, and a bad thing for others. Where are you now?
I grew up in Deltona and it’s so quiet . Our house was built and my mother isn’t getting younger so she’s going to sell the house for me and my brother. Needs some work like renovations but I love thus house.
Lived in Deltona int he 80’s went to Osteen Elementary and Deltona Jr High . Nice properties but the first 2 are probably the nicest ones one the block and that has always been the problem in Deltona you can have trash living all around you with boats and cars parked on the front lawn , fences falling down etc. but welcome to Deltona
I bought my house in Deltona screened in pool jacuzzi 3 bedrooms 1400 sq feet for $45,000 11 yrs ago an plan to list it for $350.000 nice neighborhood not that trash neighborhood that 1st house had look down either side of my street an you see nice houses greenery & alot of very old trees with the thick trunks. I dont have to sell it so i wont budge
I understand what you’re saying and I’m hearing that a lot from people moving into Florida believe it or not. A lot of people just go in their garage and go in the house. That first house was a good price because it was completely remodeled. If you try and do that it would require a lot of upfront money!
Man yall be tripping, $235,000 for that!! Smh I remember buying mine for $108,000 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, an actual two car garage and a big yard… yall out here raping people

That could be a good thing or bad thing. If the home needs work they will be at a better price point!
