I went from a size 14 -16 and weighed 175 pounds, I lost down to 136 and I am now in a size 4-6 depending on clothing, So I am not sure if a size 4 is accurate for them to say shes in a 4 , But every persons body is different, So who knows, In any event she had the bypass surgery and managed to lose 300 pounds which is amazing on anyone trying to lose weight, Hats off to her no matter how she did it. SHE DID IT!!!!! .

And she's not completely honest, she made money by filming the entire process, so in a sense her surgeries were paid for because of the show. I wish her much success. But she needs to real in Honey Boo Boo who is extremely overweight. It's a growing problem here in the United States, obesity is a serious problem and parents need to work harder setting good examples and trying harder to ensure their children are eating healthier meals. It really is very sad, we tend to waste food and eat foods that have ingredients banned in other countries. The food we waste on a daily basis, combined with the foods used in shampoos, body wash and lotions could feet another country in poverty!
Hey It's Just Me Lana I agree, it does depend on her height. I am 5'6" and weigh 130 and wear a size 6. I think she looks really nice. But she should have done it for herself rather than to make Sugar Bear jealous. That's just sad.

Looking at the both of us together, you would never believe we are the same size. The only difference is our heights. Her clothes might fit me, but they will be too short, just like my clothes may be too long on her. (Sleeves, skirts, pants).

I've only been taking the product for 5 days and have so far lost 3 pounds. I am taking *weight loss green store tea* . I have not experienced any side effects. I have noticed that I am not nearly as hungry and that my portions are way smaller, simply because I'm not very hungry.

I'm not completely aware of gastric sleeve surgery, but it annoys me that this woman even has more air time. She has said in other news stories that she doesn't plan on taking out her junk food, and in my opinion, this was a waste of surgery. She clearly never thinks of her children, and I highly doubt what she said about Anna is even true! She was clearly friendly with the guy, spending time with him, when if someone molested my child, I'd pry go to prison for murder because molestation is pretty much murder, if not worse at times. It's one of the most difficult things to get "over", even though you never do completely forget something like that! Then she has Alana, a child who is morbidly obese, and that is so sad. If you feed your children that terribly that they weigh that much with the only cause being your irresponsible food choices as a parent, I'm sorry, but that's outright child abuse. I'm not the perfect parent, don't claim to be, but I would NEVER be friendly to a man who molested my child, and I would never let my child get morbidly obese while watching. Let me just say too, I have had to put my son on a strict diet at 9yrs old to lose weight (he also had an underlying thyroid condition), and I did so under the help of his doctors and a dietician, and he lost quite a bit in a short period. I get that everyone's body chemistry is different, but you can't tell me for one second this woman is even trying with Alana. My son lost it quite fast, in a healthy manner. She clearly never thinks of her children, and I highly doubt what she said about Anna is even true! She was clearly friendly with the guy, spending time with him, when if someone molested my child, I'd pry go to prison for murder because molestation is pretty much murder, if not worse at times. It's one of the most difficult things to get "over", even though you never do completely forget something like that! Then she has Alana, a child who is morbidly obese, and that is so sad. If you feed your children that terribly that they weigh that much with the only cause being your irresponsible food choices as a parent, I'm sorry, but that's outright child abuse. I'm not the perfect parent, don't claim to be, but I would NEVER be friendly to a man who molested my child, and I would never let my child get morbidly obese while watching. Let me just say too, I have had to put my son on a strict diet at 9yrs old to lose weight (he also had an underlying thyroid condition), and I did so under the help of his doctors and a dietician, and he lost quite a bit in a short period. I get that everyone's body chemistry is different, but you can't tell me for one second this woman is even trying with Alana. My son lost it quite fast, in a healthy manner. I'm not here to attack Alana in any way, I feel terribly bad for the girl, but I have to ask- why, just why, is this woman getting more and more air time?! Get her off, get that child some help. Clearly, another child swept under the rug, "trash" that CPS won't help (I'm not calling Alana trash, but CPS seems to think children who actually may need their assistance is just trash, and they never receive the help they need!) !!

Continuing the conversation about sexual abuse is not "like beating a dead horse." The effects never go away. once you try to forget it happened you go right back into denial. It kills me that she would try to minimize this issue, which no doubt, seriously affects her eldest. She is seriously immature, especially for a parent. And yes we can laugh and talk about her weight but there is a bigger issue there.

that child really needs to loose weight, she is incredibly unhealthy. she is a preteen and is bigger than I am after having 3 kids and being 28. something is very wrong with this picture. that girl is morbidly obese. if she was my daughter I would be very concerned and have her working with a nutritionist and personal trainer to help get her in shape.
