I'm willing to give Ruby a second chance, but I'm really annoyed that Callum and Flump plopped her in our flat without giving us any say in the matter. Even if you push back, you still get bullied into agreeing to it anyway. 🙄
5:50 - If you read the optional dialogue, one of them is Tulip explaining that she's running some tests down in the cellar, and to not go in there because it's... "hazardous." So I bet that's what it is.
