This is my cap I got from The cross and shamrock in New Jersey. Hanna hats are the best! It's so warm and comfy and gorgeous colors of green from one of my ancestor's homeland!
I love my Hannah hat, I feel like a real gentleman when I wear it. It's a bit warm in summer so the autumn months are ideal. Along with my black leather long coat, it's a nice pair.
4 hours to make a Hanna hat. Seems very close the the amount of time for me to make a cap. Once the pieces are cut, the actually sewing is rather fast really. Interesting they steam cloth caps, I thought that was exclusive to felt hat shaping.
I have one of their hats but the ear flaps are aweful. No need for ear flaps if they don't tuck well into the hat. I have to pin it inside or they show near the front.
