The only court case I have ever seen where the claim of "mental illness" is justified to be used. The attorney for her is the absolute best. If anyone deserves SSI, it is this young lady - not the drug addicts and lazy folks who sit around collecting SSI because they don't want to work. I feel sorry for this young lady.... 😢😢
Both the Judge and the Attorney handled this case professionally and with gentleness in deference to the young woman. I trust that Probation and her Attorney will explain all of the whys and wherefores regarding her probation. There was an awful lot there.
