Fem, here in the Philippines it is 1315 hours, we just concluded lunch. Such bolo? Bahut bahut tasty yeh recipe bangaya. I tried out this recipe and it was an instant hit. If you know Filipinos, they do not eat this type of food; their food is quite bland for our palettes. My wife is a Filipino and so are my 3 kids. They loved it and in my wife's words, "You make many chicken dishes but this one is the best I have ever tasted!". For any viewers or subscribers thinking of making this, trust me it is well worth the effort and bahut bahut tastee. Fem, you are right the gravy is fantastic. I followed your recipe step by step. @@mikaprecious6875 adobo does not sum up ALL pinoy food. Most of your food IS bland and the same 'spices' are used for most dishes. Bawang, sibuyas, pimenta, suka, toyo and patis....that is all. I do not wish to make fun of your cuisine but since you started with your sarcasm, let me do you justice. Soups are had before a meal to work up an appetite, you have that as your main course; Sinigang, Nilaga, phucksiew, phuck beth? You street food is sad and very limited. Flour dumplings with seafood flavouring, deep fried in oil (the dumplings efficiently absorb the oil), chicken feet, chicken intestines....omg, I can go on.
