CHICKEN BHUNA MASALA
1.5 KG CHICKEN
2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Haldi Powder
600- 700 Gms Onion
2 Green Chillies
4 Tomatoes
200 Gms Curd
3/4 Cup - 1 Cup Oil
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Haldi Powder
1 tsp Spicy Red Chilli Powder
1.5 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1.5 tsp Salt
1.5 Tbsp Chicken Masala
2 tsp Garam Masala
2 tsp Kasuri Methi
Fresh Coriander Leaves
1/4 tsp Jayphal
1/4 tsp Javitri
1 Cup Hot Water
WHOLE SPICE MIX:1 tsp Jeera
1 Cinnamon Stick
3 Bay Leaves
1 tsp Black peppercorns
6 Elachi
4 Badi Elachi
6 Laung
FOR GINGER GARLIC PASTE
3 - 4 Inch Ginger
1.5 Whole Garlic (20 Cloves )
FOR CLEANING CHICKEN:
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Vinger
