They removed the 20% extra HP for fully equipped people, so its no longer doubling your damage, but still a 30% increase to not have accessoires equipped.
This only works for heroic/mythic due to the new scaling, right? Should mention that so people don't try it in normal mode and wonder why they're just weaker.
At this point, the surest, fastest, and easiest method to get op in remix is to unsub and make a new character, then level them to 20 where they won't gain xp anymore but their cloak will continue to grow. You'll eventually have lvl 70 stats at lvl 20 scaling. The best way to get stronger is to stop getting stronger.
hes not picking up exp items (using an addon to ignore them), after he farms alot of exp% on his cloak, he will grab them all off the mail and level up to 70 instantly
I'll never understand why devs like doing this. The whole point of leveling and gearing is to get stronger, but even in retail, I feel weaker as I level. Now they're even going to make you feel weaker as you gear? You're actively punished for progressing in the game, making the only logical course of action to not play. I honestly regret pre-ordering TWW
There's a huge misunderstanding about this. The devs don't do this specifically, they only do what they are being told by the other teams who design the game and gameplay so devs simply implement the company's vision for the product.

I've just seen a level 20 priest with 346 ilvl cloak one tapping the whole instance with holy nova... in 2 instances he didnt get even 1 level
He was a starter account capped to level 20

Can you put them in the bank?
No, but you can rebuy them for 50 bronze (10 per item)
Don't delete them with the gems still in the sockets.
