I've been a long time follower on Instagram of your flow, and I am so excited to see these tutorials! I turned from Poi to Rope Dart to try and "break out" of moving static-ly, and your beautiful flow is such a huge reason why I've started Rope Dart. I've got some rudimentary shots down, but your tutorials have really helped me not be so overwhelmed with the body movements needed to execute shots and wraps. Thank you so much!

This was one of my first tricks learned and I still didnt notice my pivot as u have shown. Great teach!
I haven't tried adding a pivot, but it seems really helpful! I enjoy having the release end in an elbow shot for added flare.
