Try to cut sulfates,and silicones . always dry your hair with a t shirt or microfiber towel . try using moisturizing hair products and use mask. Always end your wash with cold water.
@@amanda1838 wearing hats will protect from the sun - I'm not sure thwre is a sunscreen for the hair yet. Also a good way to protect it when going in salt water is to put coconut oil and fresh water in it before you get into the water - the coconut oil will form a sheen around it to protect it, and the fresh water will fill the cuticle so the salt water shouldn't hurt it
I giggled when you were all “look they’re black and red!” about the salts and I’m just like “yep, they are!” You pretty much always seem so positive and happy about life, I love it! Also the first part of your video with all the bags is soooo me, I’m obsessed with bags and I have too many I’m sure haha

She lived there for many years, her channel has a lot of cool videos about the place, plants, vegan/cruelty free makeup, plant based diet etc. Her energy is very peaceful and positive.

You really brought back some awesome stuff! About "real chocolate", I also had a tour in the Guatemala jungle (near Semuc Champey, true paradise!) and I learned for the first time that 99.9% of chocolate that we get is a broken product, they first separate cocoa butter and the cocoa powder and use a lot of the butter for beauty products. Then they reunite them and add wax... So to find truly WHOLE cacao bean chocolate is a rarity. And since this type of chocolate is so much better when it's freshly made, it's not as good when it's imported :/ I never tasted a better chocolate bar than the ones I ate in Guatemala! Guatemala is the home of cacao :)

I would love to see what you eat in a day or week. I’m trying to eat cleaner and healthier. I need some orientation especially when the people around me aren’t interested in the slightest to change.
