Hp is getting dumber. not Smart. when scanning file it should automatically save the file by using the location settings just like before and not to manually have to put it. You guys are doing a terrible job. I'm returning this HP Smart tank and get Epson Eco tank instead. Epson simplifies everything.

@@HPSupport Hello. Thank you for reaching out. I use an iPad and have an HP 3630 printer. Connected by Bluetooth. All I want to be able to do is send 3 or 4 documents in one email as a PDF so I don’t have to send them one by one ! Now in my mind I would have thought this should be straightforward, but no. How nice if one could make and name a file and as you scan and copy just ask for them to be placed into that file. Can you help please? James

@@HPSupport This is ridiculous way to have to do a multiple page scan. For a decade on cheaper HP models you could add a page to any glass scan, HP is going backwards

It was really helpful, I wish my HP printer had some feature like I could give the complete set of document unpinned and it could scan them altogether with HP small app. I am currently using HP Laser jet Tank MFP 2606sdw

Save a multi-page scan as a single PDF (HP Smart app)
From the HP Smart app home screen, click a scan tile. To scan from the printer, place your original on the scanner glass or into the automatic document feeder (ADF) (documents only), click Scan or Printer Scan.

scanning and saving the document through HP 675 is not good...files just dont get saved in the desired location via mobile or via laptop....HP is not user friendly..sad part is the sales person and technician both dont have product knowledge..the just do fishing in name of sales ..Post sales they support at all no exchange ..no repair nothing....Very disappointed..HP INDIA/KOLKATA

Thank you so much!! I was on the phone to HP trying to get help from them and he went away to ask the manager and was told to tell me my printer is too old it cant be done!! while he had me on hold I looked on RUclips and found this. I told them how to do it haha
