You can't transfer money from inr to USD or eur. But you can transfer from usd to eur or same currency transfer with your debit card in India. You can change the currency in India but don't do with inr. What happened, your inr convert to usd and then convert to eur where receiver get.

Now wise is charging much higher fee in traders from India to EU. I tried ICICI money to the world, it charged 1000 for 900 euros, wise charged mein 3400 for just 400 euros transfer to the EU
Wise does not allow non resident Indians to transfer money from India to Germany . you mentioned you are living in germany from 5 to 6 years which means you are not indian resident in that case how to transfer money from india to Germany? Thanks.

Ran into the problem myself. Can’t transfer my from Indian account to my German account. Shame
You can't transfer money from inr to USD or eur. But you can transfer from usd to eur or same currency transfer with your debit card in India. You can change the currency in India but don't do with inr. What happened, your inr convert to usd and then convert to eur where receiver get.
Don't do with inr. You can do with same currency transfer in India with debit. You can try this it will work.

The problem is never about EU/ US ➡️ India but vice versa, most international transfer systems don’t work and if they do, they charge very high fee
