Mutton chops half kg
salt half tbsp or to taste
oil for deep frying
for marination
yoghurt or curd 2 tbsp
salt 1 tsp or to taste
ginger garlic paste half tbsp
red chili powder half tbsp or to taste
red chili flakes 1 tsp or to taste
crushed cumin 1 tbsp
crushed coriander 2 tbsp
lemon juice 1 tbsp
food color yellow or orange optional 1 tsp
aluminium foil for wrapping and water for steam
