That was magnificently beautiful.✨I fell deeply in love with a severe alcoholic. I had to leave him. Through the devestation of scrambling to safety and attempting to find peace, I never shed a tear. This meditation showed me no matter all the negative people who had put me down with words and physical force, and also negative energy I also inflicted on others, gave feeling of love ❤️, when One is negative towards someone or something, is a reflection of one self, we should only up lift each with love and encouragement to feel safe and love
