Thank you Nikki. I had quite a physical response. I have had this in past meditations and have stopped them before. But I didn’t with this, I allowed it to move through. I was at the door of my highest timeline and had a huge amount of energy move through my body. It feels like in tongue, face, hands and feet swell up to a huge size and feel like cement moving into them. It’s uncomfortable, but I felt it this time as an upgrade of energetic light codes pushing out what I no longer need and bringing the new reality in. I wrote it all down and I will be back. Thanks again 🙏🏼❤️✨
This is such a deep meditation. This is the third time I have done it and I manage each time to stay with it longer. I went off to wherever only in the last quarter, I kept coming in and out, but I like the fact that it really feels like I am experiencing some sort of energy shift. Also I heard a dog bark twice in this meditation, it’s definitely in it and not in my home or outside. Then I heard just one word and the word was "South" very clearly, it makes no sense but I will journal it anyway. Thank you 🙏🙌✨💛🤗Xxxx
