@@drawinsscribblins5326 we should do a call, I think I need some coaching! I made a really cool Franken pen that looks like a bumblebee, its a yellow Parker Duofold jr. barrel with a black cap and a parker gold flex nib.
I like the look of the Cross year of the dragon - if only they had Medium or Broad nibs. Glad you are enjoying it. My aloe plant is still green, which is good for me. Proud of you and your success with your succulent! Thanks for the video!
Hi, Jennifer. Thanks for the kind words for my plant. I hope I haven’t jinxed it. I’m surprised that Cross only offered these in fine. Fine is my preference but I know a lot of people like broader nibs.
Nice video. Beware, the Uni Kuru toga! I had one. It worked BEAUTIFULLY...for about a month, until the grip section inexplicably broke away from the rest of the pen. I do NOT draw nor write with a heavy hand. The 743 is one of my favorites.
Hi there. Thank you for watching and sharing. I was considering one of the metal ones but they are overpriced. The 743 is unfortunately overshadowed by the 823.
Thank you. Always a Pilot fan, The FPR was interesting. One of my first fountain pens was a Lamy Safari, maybe 20 years ago. I never really took to the grip, so wasn't heartbroken when I lost it. If I had to choose among your currently inked I would go with the Pilot 743.
Hi Terry, you are closing in on 1000 subscribers! Good for you!!
Hey there, PenBud. Slowly but surely we are getting there. Thank you for all of your support. Still waiting on your channel. 😊

Hi, Jan. The 743 is nice but bordering on scratchy. It has a sweet spot that I haven’t exactly figured out yet.
My favorite pen is the Platinum 3776, but I have it in the Laurel Green. I have a medium nib and I just love it
Hi. I think I would have loved my 3776 if if didn’t have the grooves in the body and had a medium nib. Mine is a fine. I probably would love yours.
