You reminded me of how much I loved my old Pilot Plumix with a calligraphy nib, but I haven't seen it in years. I might have to keep an eye out for another one.
Hi, Steve. I know it sounds weird. It happens rarely but it that feeling like you are writing in glass that I don’t like. It’s like writing on an iPad without a screen protector. It just needs one quick pass on the fine grit sandpaper. I’ve only had to do it with one other nib. Thanks for watching and commenting!!
Hi, Teresa. I used a circle template then just used the pens to color in half of the circle. To test the water fastness, I wetted a cotton swab for the other half. I like doing this b/c it allows me to doodle and I think it shows how the ink behaves in each pen.
@drawinsscribblins5326 thank you for getting back to me! :) I think I will try this! BTW, I am a big fan of yours! I admire how well you write with both hands! I am a lefty. Did you always write smoothly with both hands?
I love that you write with both hands!
Hi, Jessica. Thank you for watching. I was obsessed learning to write with both as a kid. It’s been helpful
Hi Terry, I always enjoy your videos. Congratulations on hitting 1K subscribers.
Hi, Peggy. Thank you for the support and kind words as always. I appreciate you!
I love your variety of pens. The Two Dunas look like 2 completely different pens - love how that worked out for you!
Hi, Anita. Thank you! I’ve been enjoying the Dunas. Not quite the right inks in them yet though.
@@drawinsscribblins5326 Hope you find the right one soon. I feel the same way.

Hi, Peter. The Plumix wasn’t even on my radar. I got mine free at the Baltimore Pen Show. It is kind of goofy looking but that nib is something.
as usual, very cool. i hope next month is a blessing for you.
Thank you, Gristle. I appreciate the kind words.
@@drawinsscribblins5326 you are very welcome

Hi, Pickwick. Thank you for watching!
Interesting that you would take a smooth nib and make it less smooth. Never considered a nib could be too smooth

Hello!😊
I am curious - how did you fill in your ink swatches? It is beautiful, the effect the inks have on the page!
I love your videos!
