Attackers: Misty Mountains x1, Rhudaur x1, Rhovanion x1, Arthedain x1
THAT DRAGONSWRATH CANNON THAT WAS INCREDIBLE I was waiting for a unit of drake broodlings to just show up and silence the artillery
The only time it did really well got about 700 kills even if it was 700 it was against loads of good targets
@@HIDDENZ I mean that’s still really good I feel like had the defenders specifically number and rhun not sent out there high tier bodyguard units they could have won
@@HIDDENZ+ any fleeing units
The counter attack from numenor was ridiculous. They threw away all the defenders remaining high end units and having played bad at the beginning, they were definitely the player that seemed to throw the game for the defenders
Very nice replay! Ered luin here wasn't in it's true power yet. Now we have added stone giants into Ered Luin and some tweaks for the arty engine and some accuracy.
That's what I I'm talking about
Stone giants GIMME GIMME GIMME! Sounds like a great good faction counter to Khand's blood trolls
@MarkGlowInTheDark Oh dw about that u will be able to counter all AP 😂 even trolls
they'll be in one thats upcoming yeah ^^
Can you please give ered luin more polearm units
Numenor definitely threw the victory
100% suiciding units 1 at a time
I suppose it would have been much better to place Numenor at the bridges, allowing more numerous Rhune defend the middle front.
Yeah that would’ve been better
Rhun was the MVP for the defenders. They handily contained and annihilated the Misty Mountains and had a good amount of troops spare. Blue mountains did well, too. Unfortunately, Numenor really botched the defense in the final stage.
i mean it was a bridge if i have played med2 and attacked a bridge u know the pain and with the cannon facing it so it would be insane to break though felt bad as in it was Goblin D-Day
Defenders always decide when the battle starts, they wanted a very long grace period, attackers can’t attack and have to wait in that situation. So that’s why it took so long.
yeah im aware, ive just misjudged when the battle was about to begin more often lately ^^
If the rovanion can wasn't allowed those free charges on the high thanes I dare say arthedain wouldn't have lasted
you should show a pitch battle where both sides actively try and loose/prevent the opposition from loosing just for a laugh. see how effectively players can destroy there armies lol
The Misty Mountains not using their crossbows from that high ground shocked me. Even if they were targeted & ate up defender ammo, they would have caused serious damage to the Rhunic front lines before the big advance.....Instead they threw their orcs & trolls into a tar pit to potentially be targeted by that dragons breath. Yeah, it's not always hitting targets, but if a target stands still for a moment, it can get some serious hits that devastate quickly.
Numenor was the Attackers MVP
Moria need a morale buff for their supposedly 'high tier units' and one infantry mass pushing unit. They're always going to be a low tier faction if they rely heavily on numbers but have no real way to exploit those numbers in a siege in comparison to Angmar and to a lesser state Mordor.
They’re a really solid faction now, this battle just didn’t show their potential
this was maybe the worst situation they could have been in tbh, they have shown what they can do in the past
@@umadcommander I have seen those, and in those comparisons they always have two key units, trolls and the drake broodlings, the latter being especially important, and linking back to the fact that without these units Moria are really weak. I do still feel when I have played with them that Moria high tier units route too easily in comparison to equivalent units in other factions. White Uruks especially
That dragons breath 💪🏼💪🏼
toasty
What version of Third Age Reforged is this? The version I have downloaded from the mod db does have ered luin...
What kind of nerf did the pharazim sword masters take
They just got focused down pretty hard and got charged in the backs by cav
@@HIDDENZin the army composition fase Umad talked about the fact that the pharazim swordmasters were nerved, but he did not explain how they were nerved. I am also curious about how they have been nerved
they just lost 5 men. basically. They were 63 and went to 58 that's basically it.
@@kurogurochan7957 thanks for the explanation
My prediction defenders loose cause they always loose
And yet last time they won, small peepee
This was not a replay worthy battle, so many mistakes and bad plays.
Not a replay worthy battle🤓good thing ur opinion isnt even acknowledged
@@owenridgeway8613 I was playing in this battle my man, and most of us agreed but Tommy still sent it in.
I agree with Ties not replay worthy and I was in it but yea tommy shouldn't of sent it in
To be honest i still enjoyed the battle a lot! It was fun to watch, i wouldnt wanna miss it (also because of the great arty shots)
@MarkGlowInTheDark Yea I guess the arty makes it up it was sloppy and lazy on all our parts ngl
