Tribal/Villagers try different International Food for the first time. They give pure reaction to the food/things they have never tried.
All the Participant are from Punjab, a province in Pakistan.

She was very right about being hungry after. I don’t eat fast food anymore. Maybe once a year. But every time I’d eat it I’d be hungry not long after. Minimal nutrition if any
@@rumham7466 Added sugar will make you more quickly hungry after eating. McDonalds and all other fast food chains add sugar into their breads AND meats to subtly make you more addicted and hungrier sooner. My favorite was when an Irish court ruled Subway couldn't legally classify their "bread" as bread, because the sugar content exceeded what they considered to be actual bread.

They would never want our lifestyle, isolated and unfriendly in general compared to their sense of community and close family.

These ladies are funny. I like their sense of humor and it is nice to see how they are getting more and more confident in front of the camera. I also find it interesting how they appreciate the presentation of the food and the hygiene aspect.

What these videos show is change awareness by changing new experiences. It is “mothers” that change the world as they raise the next generation of human beings

Honestly I'd rather have any of these women's homemade curries and roti and rice than McDonald's. It has become too expensive for what it is. Although a Big Mac is one of those things you get a craving for every once in a while. You get one, you eat it, and you're good for another year or 2.
I agree Julie. McDonald's isn't like it used to be. In any case, I'm sure their cooking is better than anything we can ever get in a restaurant.

Roti, rice, and a tomato-based, curried lamb... you can never go wrong. Afghan food is so simple to make... and that's what makes it so awesome! I don't know what country they are from, but the region has some pretty similar dishes, with some differences between villages and tribes. It's all nothing complex, while being incredible food that will fill you up.
I am Pakistani. Our dishes are so yummy it has no competition 😋😋😋.

Given the choice, I think I would prefer their traditional foods they showed; they look much more tasty and satisfying.

Good morning, sisters! You all look amazing as always. McDonald's French fries sure are addicting, aren't they? That franchise has been around since 1955, and their assembly line-like system began several other fast food franchises, like Burger King and Taco Bell. That's partly why they've lasted so long.
they were more addictive when they fried them in peanut oil.
At first...the ladies did seem a bit shy...but, now that they are starting to become more comfortable, they become more endearing each time i see them...because they're showing their senses of humor etc...

Once you start to embrace other cultures, you realize we aren't different at all, all of these women were so nice and happy.
I disagree I think their culture is vastly different. If their family wants they just get married off at 12 years old to anyone that has some money. Its really sad.

Everything they eat is fried in butter, THEN, they add more butter.
And they have no fear of salt.
They have mentioned buying their meats from the butcher with the flies and no refrigeration. They have no concept of using different utensils and cutting boards to process Chicken vs red meat.
60% of people living in these countries do not have access to clean water.

@@hayley37732 same in the US! Everytime I see them bringing some fast food burger to them I'm so jealous. The patties are tiny and bun is always squished down like it came out of a clearance bakery.

When I was little here In Finland almost 50 years ago, every one said that only cooked potatoes can fill your stomach.
Anything Else will leave you hungry.
Potatoes are still number one on the official chart of satiety. People say they are the most satisfying food still. Probably because they are heavy.
From this day forward, I shall refer to chips/fries as "aloo danday" (Tater sticks!)

How did you know what your girlfriend said about you?
What I've learned so far watching these videos, is that between curiosity and courtesy, they really try and genuinely want to like these strange foods from far away. These are no easy or simple customers though. Someone in their house probably spends an hour or more every day to prepare rice, homemade roti, some meat(usually), vegetable and some sophisticated spicy sauce that we would probably label as 'curry'. I'm curious though. Just because they may say that something is delicious. I doubt that they would want to eat it too often.
I think you're right. If you think about it, It's the name if you tried something different and enjoyed it. You wouldn't necessarily want to eat it again, but you enjoyed the experience.

The fact food from McD's is considered expensive/costly to them- gods I do hope the channel is making sure to help improve their lives, they deserve it!
I have to remove that middle piece of bread before I can eat it, otherwise it just has too much bread taste..takes away from the meat. Also, their fries aren't very good, burnt at the ends and those artificial onions keep falling out. The cost for this meal would be around $6.00 USA. ALL YOU LADIES ARE LOVELY.

Beautiful people! I would pay easily $50 or more for any food these women would make, especially compared to fast food!
What one lady said about how she needs roti to feel full, my parents used to say the same thing about how no matter how much they eat burgers (or other foods), their don’t feel as though they’ve eaten unless they’ve have rice (we’re from rice eating culture.
This is how you should experience the big mac, with Coke and fries. One without the other would not be the true experience. Great work!

Roti is just regular flat unleavened bread.

"It looks costly, we can't afford it." That's heartbreaking... anybody should be able to eat burgers 🍔 every now and then. Maybe its cholesterol is sky-high but everybody should have a chance to taste it. We sometimes take for granted what others can only dream of...
I rarely get to eat at McDonalds so I don't take them for granted. It's nice to watch people who enjoy their food even though it's fast food.
