How did you get yours to charge? I think the one I bought may be defective
I just put the usb-c charger in it do you have ig message me at Davidbuildvlogzz on ig and I will also upload a video on it to show how to charge it. If you did get a defective one return it so you can get a replacement just email the store. They’re very good about customer service and mine has been going strong so far
@@DavidVlogz yeah I tried that and it just gives and error 1 code. I'm returning it. Wish it would of worked. I got it off amazon a lot cheaper than they offer it on their website
@@benjaminkgooden9329 oh dang that’s not cool. That’s unfortunate because mine has worked great for far I’ve jump started cars. So far I have found this one to be reliable I’ll be making a video either way on a follow up with this product
Hey, is it weird to you that they want the black on the negative terminal rather than on metal? I’m worried about screwing up my engine.
So in general these jump starters are to be used in case you really stay out there with a dead battery and you need to get home or a fire situation. That’s my opinion due to the fact that with any type of aid to the battery will eventually shorten the life of a starter if you do it continuously
@@DavidVlogz Gotcha - my question is: Is it really safe for my engine (or, me) if I connect the black to the negative terminal, or should I be connecting it to unpainted metal nearby, like I normally would on a vehicle jump?
