see you know it's a masterpiece when people are fighting over who's performance was better. I think Ranveer has done a FABULOUS job as the villain khilji. He is turning out to be the biggest actor of this new gen. Shahid was also AMAZING, he holds his own in front of Ranveer. Honestly any other actor wouldve refused to play rawal ratan singh because in the end he gets killed, but I respect Shahid for grabbing that role and nailing it! I think Ranveer is getting the best actor in a negative role for this IN EVERY AWARD SHOW. After Devdas I would say this is SLB's BEST FILM

master piece in the artistic sense yes, but no emotional quality! It was a spectacular movie but I was not connected with any characters. There were also some extremely silly scenes and acts which puts you off. Overall great movie.
