Good day Sir can I ask for an advise, my work visa was refused because I took the basic IELTS EXAM that does not contain the ukvi reference number and that is the reason i got refused. I already made the administrative review last nov 5,2024 and until now i dont get any mail from them. Can I reapply for visa application while on administrative review?
If my appeal is allowed is my fee waiver still going to be valid since I was granted a fee waiver for my vsia application will I need to pay for IHS or will my fee waiver still be valid
Sir my study visa was refused on credibility interview, saying that they were not satisfied with the answer on my knowledge on course module, country comparison for not choosing canada or US as study my destination, So my question is Should i go for administrative review or should i reapply?
