And I was stomped to stay for 6 months . 2019 I went for my interview the VO asked me where did I stayed for the 2 months I stayed I told her . To my shock inwas denied my visa . My interview is may 2nd am so scared now

If they have requested for the refusal letter, then that is exactly what they want. If you don’t have it anymore, then tell them so.

Your previous history will be considered. You won’t be asked why you were denied by the same embassy because they already know why.

Your Dubai visa has nothing to do with your UK application. The UK application will be assessed on its own merits.

What did you include as the estimated cost of your trip? How did you break it down? How much per night was the proof of accommodation/hotel reservation that you provided?

You new passport should have details of your previous passport on it, so yes.
If they request for these details, then you should volunteer that information. It’s usually better to err on the side of caution.

Alternatively, you can include the information in your cover letter, and provide the necessary explanations that may help your current application.

You’re asking the wrong question. If you fail to satisfy the requirements for the US visa, your visa application will be refused. If you are found eligible, your visa application will be granted irrespective of a previous denial from any country.
