Hello Rusty, I have watched your videos for years, and now I drink my morning coffee with you every day. Want to say how much I appreciate you, and I hope you have a great new year in every way.
My home town is known for the “sand greens” golf course. Doesn’t look too different to yours. Take a vacation Rusty. That’s what most of us do when we get bored at home.
I like ya bro, but thank God that you do you, 78 years and still back and forth to Panama, but in one place for at least 6 months. No point in driving around aimlessly.
One man’s dream is another man’s nightmare. I live in a golf course community in Florida. (My home doesn’t sit on the course). One of the biggest issues I have heard discussed by those who have homes bordering the course, is that the early mowing crews start between 4 & 5 AM daily. Some can sleep through it. Others run noise machines in the bedrooms to help. And they also have the same problem with errant golf balls hitting their homes.
Good morning Rusty, beautiful morning walk. I love your home in fort Clark but I couldn’t do the summers there either. Fickle man is back, I love it , you just keep doing you and we are here for it. Much love and many blessings
I don't know the rules in TX, but a contract for deed can be written to contain a down payment with monthly payments for however many months. Maybe you can do a contract for deed with right down payment, certain number of payments with a balloon payment later.
Always amazed at the comments section, when Rusty mentions a change. Stop selling your property or you need to go here or go there...why do viewers try to tell someone else what they should be doing? Stop trying to "understand" him so much and think about what you'd be doing. Rusty does what he enjoys, and that includes making frequent changes..get over it and enjoy then ride.

Rusty-you would think after you have said a thousand times-you do you-i do me-some of the want to be life coaches would put a hold on telling you what to do-but they dont. I do think they mean well but cant help telling others what to do. Stay Well. Matt G
I feel you on the walking and hydration. We're snowed in pretty much and I'm just getting short walks. Just curious but you'll be keeping the place Zozo? and then in the cold months wander?
Fickleman is thinking that 2-3 months is a LOOOOONG time to be in one place. So, the smart money says he'll be on the road before March 15, whether or not the house sells. The best thing about your channel is that something is always changing. But if nothing happens for 2 months, we can pick up right where we left off.
As you say, you do you I'll do me. For me, living in an RV full time sucked. Don't get me wrong. I love traveling and seeing stuff but not at the expense of not having a comfortable home base. I personally would never choose an RV park over a home. Best wishes however no matter how you go.
If this sells, you can use the money to stay in the RV park 3 or 4 months a year for the rest of your life. From that perspective, it's not really worth owning two places.
Great plan Rusty! Good luck !

Nice morning walk about Rusty ! Not all that wander are lost ! 😁🐐
We enjoy you thinking out loud, it is helpful for the youth. Remember most kids don't have dad's in some instances.
I agree Rusty keeping up with daily walks and drinking water is the key to staying healthy. Enjoyed the video.
Don't resist it Rusty, go with the La-z-boy recliner. Kick back, get you some classic movie channels...good stuff 👍🍻
Hi Rusty. Nice walking video. I like just listening to talk, interesting conversation. 👍👍👍

Exactly👍🏼
If you never want what you have, you'll never have what you want!

Good Evening Rusty 🌃
Nice walk along with share. ✌️

Nice walk. Lots of mistletoe in those trees. Stay warm!

Cool video talk rusty lol 😆 😄 🤣 😂
Thanks for the walk and talk, Rusty!
👍👍 🌵🐶🐶🤠🐶🐶🚐🇺🇸🏜️
Maybe you could rent a coverd parking spot from a neighbor for 2-3 months. I guess the community have some sort of bulletin bord or online forum
good luck finding a spot with just a cover or ideally cover with a storage building with water/electric
We're still snowed and iced over in West Virginia. Could really use some sunshine. Been grey for what seems like an eternity.

Great Video, Brother Rusty 👍🙂👍🙂☕👍
Rusty I don’t think you’re getting too comfortable, I think you’re getting rested up from a long trip.
I’m leaving the golf course life 🎉soon
That is one sorry looking golf course. Must look better in the summer when it's hot and humid.
That's South Texas. Ugly in the winter, miserably hot in the summer.
Fore! 🎉

Wish I understood your thinking. Buy, sale, buy, sale, buy, sale. Not trying to be disrespectful, just would like to understand. 🤔

So you bought the place for $70k and are now asking $95k with no improvements? Sounds fair to me
Actually it should be $150000... my being here is the improvement!
@@rusty78609tell you what…..I’ll give you $20. How does that sound?😊
