Clear and concise, very well explained. The way I see it is, as a Functional Analyst your job is to empower stakeholders while keeping them grounded by delivering on their requirements for a project. Whether it's the introduction of a new application, integration of a new package to an existing environment or even a migration from existing systems to new ones, you build the bigger picture from the jigsaw you get given.
Hi @joshibaba Thanks so much for making these videos I am a Business Analyst and switching to Functional Analyst. How would you suggest to prepare for interviews, what kind of questions are raised, can you give an example of an end to end implementation project(if you worked) and your role in that. Your advice will be much appreciated
Hello, I am glad the video was useful to you. For interviews you can prepare general questions regarding API's and how integration between different platform works, apart from that the questions would be more on the platform they looking to hire a Functional Analyst. My role in the end-to-end implementation was to understand and document how things need to be implemented (and also implement as we did not have our own dev team but this is optional). Once the initial implementation is done my role is mostly to assist the stakeholders in further improvements within the existing architecture of the platform so that the changes we implement will be future proof. That in short is my role but otherwise I have also tried explaining it in other videos I made, I hope it helps you :)
Thanks for the like and let me know if you would like more career related videos on this channel :)

Yes, that is correct :)
