- I get back to working on my 2007 GSX--R 1000 by first picking up my wheels and rear sets from pownder coat then I get into piecing the bike back together and I have to say it is really starting to look good! Hoping to get the fairings on the bike in part 3 and maybe a first ride.

Should be quite dangerous to ride this bike.

The larger seats were for tapered roller bearing, the smaller seats are oem ball bearing setup!

Didn’t clean the rust off the axles threw on the old rotors and sprockets, using old bearings that took , major impacts , hammering metal onto the new powder coating ... there’s more but dear lord.

Just found your channel. Enjoying the builds immensely. For bearing races try putting them in the freezer over night before installing then put a touch of grease on the outside. This will shrink them a bit but you still have to work pretty quick to get them in.

Right!!!!! The shit he’s doing is so wrong , using a wrench to pull bearings smacking down on the fame and installing crashed high impacted bearings into the new frame. Wtf
nice color on the frame, but i think it would look much nicer if the swing arm was in silver/ polished IMHO, anyway it's a nice build man.

Bro taking the cable of the motor from the exhaust valve. You will get fi code
........... but it doesn’t. The bike still thinks it’s opening and closing the valve with the motor plugged in

Hi, I’ve been watching your videos for a while now and ended up buying a wrecked r1 2007 and it would not go pass 10k rpm it would accelerate fine up to 10k and at 10k rpm it cuts off power starts bugging back and forth.. what do you think is the issue is it a tune limit or something else?
Bought and Rebuilt an 08 gsxr 1000, to (show quality)totally custom, one off plastics, 3/4 of the bike has been custom made. No factory shit...you painted the frame, plastics and factory rims and putting almost EVERYTHING FACTORY back on and are calling it a top level bike build and custom bike?????? I’m very confused... I’d like to put them together and see the difference. Good thing is, sense I live in Florida also, and it look like clear water in the video. I believe we will see each other around... I gotta see these one off plastics you got!!!! All My plastics were done by Gator customs’s!!! If we get together I’ll show you A TOP LEVEL BIKE BUILD!!!!!!!
