Marko Perosevic yesterday I went to their concert here in Italy in padova, and wow. I wouldn't have believed they are that good live! Really one of the best band I've ever seen
These boys are like an anomaly of today's alternative pop rock genre. They just can't be put under a simple description of what they're about. They're talented in their own. Tom's like your old class-mate who had looks and charisma but was still nice to everyone. Sergio always tryina create new futuristic sounds still make 'em sound something u might've heard before. It feels like contemporary music that is relevant right now eve I had a listen to one of their older tunes and it hadn't outdated a bit. It's amazing THEY'RE amazing.
I was there the night before... I'd already enjoyed Kasabian live a few times, but it was the first time in the UK... And the crowd was just awesome! You guys know how to enjoy such an event, congrats! The band felt really at home, and people singing along on each and every song, that was really great
The best live act in the world today! Electrifying, with subtle and blatant changes in the sound of the song, and little inserts of influential tracks and bands! Blow me away every time! I've named my children after this band and after Serg himself! Idolistic, an entity of entertainment that sticks on you!
Back on form. I've pre ordered the new album, and can't wait for it to come out. And to Tom, you are looking, and sounding great. I know you had a rough year, but life's all swings and roundabouts we have to go through the shit to get to where we should be (remember Shawshank?) Also when you're going through hell, walk faster. Good luck for the future Tom, and all of you.
Saw them on this tour in Birmingham. Bloody awesome gig, awesome set. Now that they're up to their 6th album, playing a 90 minute set = all killer, no filler!
Thanks for this incredible upload of this recent Kasabian concert. Will they ever come to America? Just a caveat: I have never seen an audience sing a band's song like they did with FIRE. Just amazing, awesome; I would give anything to these guys in concert if I don't get stomped while doing so. The power the energy of the fans - there are no words. I've never seen anything like this in America. God bless Kasabian!
Wow, really, that is fantastic. I have a friend in Canada who is a guitar tech for high profile bands; boy it would be great if he could get on with Kasabian. Thanks so much for the info.
You can hate this comment, but for me - Comeback Kid is the new Club Foot, IMHO. Love the show. Gonna see theese guys live on Atlas Weekend in Ukraine, SOOOO excited for that.
I love Kasabian, I was lucky to see them in Lollapalooza Chile 2015 and it was amazing in every way. It's my idea or "You're In Love With a Psycho" sounds a bit like "Oblivion" by Grimes. Greetings from Chile.
Didn't know Kasabian were still performing La Fee Verte in 2017. My absolute favourite song of theirs, shame it just happened to be that one that got cut off.
Have seen Muse 6 times...Fantastic!...now, I am taking my niece to see Kasabian in december in Birmingham....Will I have fun...they look great on here!
Unreal with tom on fire..then they shit on him for havin a domestic with his bird ...wat happened to rock n roll and frienship...seen them in belfast recently n it was pish !
Toms on fire on his own now, I was at this gig..soon as they chucked Tom out that was it for me,it was one incident and his then girlfriend(now wife) said he wasn’t well. Mental health took its toll..they were looking for a reason to get him out so they grabbed it.. personally I think he was irreplaceable.. brilliant frontman!
Great upload.. Crowd loved it. Just not convinced kasabian will take them selves to the next level. A really ground breaking album that would put them up there with the heavy weights of music.
I agree, I had great expectations for them with the first and third album, and now they seem to be satisfied with doing good but not awesome albums. They kinda lost their ambition with the popularity increasing maybe ; they're still pretty talented, so it's easy for them to do tunes people will love, and albums that are catchy overall. I just wish they'll do a real great album once again. I kinda miss the electro touch of the first album to be honest, but that was mostly thanks to Karloff's touch on this one.
Yea I Mean.. Next level.. Kasabian never really smashed it in the states tough market to crack. Oasis for one reason or another didn't with their first two albums at their peak. Great sales and demand in Europe, Australia and of course Britain, but I'm mean Coldplay even struggle to crack America and I do believe they played the Grammys, next level. Heavy weight commercial musicians.
West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum was an album of variety and magic I will never see again in my lifetime. The first album also possessed a certain sound that kind of wrapped up the 90's. That is all Kasabian need to go down in history, they will probably have a bigger surge of popularity when their children leave home.
Toms energy just blows todays sterile world. And they would be something different without him. Just love how bad tom is at singing and how powerfull to make it sound just perfect!!!!! 😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤❤
No one out there to compare? For rock music? Queens of the Stone Age is better. For pop? Try Muse, they kill it live (their pop songs. The rock and metal songs as well, but talking about pop here).
yes, i'm a muser in my heart and mind, and i'm rocker in my soul, but i listen sometimes Kasabian also their music is funny. Sorry for my english :))))))))))))))
alliv notsa I actually agree I love springsteen n u2 and a whole lot more. but I've seen kasabian live twice and there EASILY up there with the best live acts ever.
I completely agree mate!!! Also Reason Is T, Doberman & My Girl friend & I LOVE...? WASTED!!!! That would be class!!!! If u know of anytime they've done Wasted??? let me know please!!!! Cheers (Plus you've got good taste of the old faster/Rock`n`Roll Kasabian tuuunes) x
I and my gf accidentaly watched whole show for 3or4 times in the row :))))) under acid. When effect gone tryied a couple times trying to find out exactly what we liked so much :))))

I find it annoying they were on top of it all after headlining Glastonbury and then it was like they dropped off the face of the earth for over a year...didn't say anything about how long they would be leaving, or when a new record would happen. Now it appears they are skipping the US again. 2015 was the last time they were here. Not going to ever do much abroad if they are only going to visit every 3 years or more. They need the US if they are ever going to reach the thin air of the Oasis level, they have the talent, but they must tour here a lot more.
Jeff Hammond maybe they don't give a fuck about the US or how commercially successful they are, Tom had mental health problems last year aswell so that's why they "fell off the earth"
they announced US tour dates today. and they explained in their NME article, they're past the point of expecting to take the US by storm. they have kids and family, they don't want to have to spend 6 months touring over here to break the market. they hit the main cities and reach those who know and care over here. i'm just thankful we live in driving distance of two of those cities.
They omitted their traditional stop at the 930 Club in DC, the only place close enough for me to drive. 225 miles, where I saw them last time. If they don't care to tour, I don't care to see them. There are plenty of other great bands to see.
Wow, they are back and they rock as never before!
And Comeback kid will be another live anthem on their playlist , great!
Indeed. Looking forward for For Crying Out Loud to throw the ball out of the f*ckin stadium!

still feels likes its months old after so many years.
damn they aged so much.
Tom always sounds like he is challenging the crowd to match the band's intensity. I love it. Surly.
I was there the night before... I'd already enjoyed Kasabian live a few times, but it was the first time in the UK... And the crowd was just awesome! Fire: VTEC kicked in yo!
Unfortunately with Tom out.. They were the only real Rock and Roll band left in the UK.

I've named my children after this band and after Serg himself!
