sounds like a lot of work, but would probably be really well received, as people often search for specific dungeon guides I guess. I would certainly enjoy such videos.
Very nice guide. =) I would recommend trying out CW gear for soloing if you haven't yet, you can get away with +5/+5 gear with 2~3 piercings, try reaching around 10k+ HP with STA or Uni and u r set.
Interesting take on this! I don't know if you mean this on an AoE RM specifically, but STA at least doesn't serve much purpose on block-based tanking with a Ranger or Blade - any points used on STA would just mean less blocking and not really benefit one too much :) I imagine that it's gonna be a little tough to run the dungeon in time with more STA focus and less powerful gear, but I think it should still be doable if you know what you're doing. Thanks for the insight
@@emenalus Yes, forgot to point out it was for the RM! It is indeed a little slower, you'll need an Angel/Guardian Stick with a somewhat decent merk awake to be able to clear in time. But unless you want to maximize the number of dungeon runs(cycling through different dungeons or characters if you want to run the same), I think it doesnt really matter if it takes 20 or 40 minutes to clear. For ranger and blade I''ve seen some guys running CW for clearing mobs AoE and Lv90 set for bosses, haven't tested it myself tho.
@@lobothewolf8035 I personally don't run with an AoE Ringmaster, so I don't really know how tight it would get even with the 90 gear. You know better, but I do agree that it doesn't matter how long it takes, as long as it *is* cleared in time :) As a Ranger farmer myself, I indeed do take down bosses with the 90 set and 1v1 bow, but I switch over to my tank set and Unicorn when Kraken gets enraged. If you can tank it, nuke it! :P
What happens if you time fail? Can you still keep the loots from the mobs and the xp's? I'm just thinking if it can become a source for exp's 😹 without even finishing it hahahah.
The exp and loot you got thus far will be saved, you just get kicked out of the dungeon as soon as the timer runs out :) Exp in dungeons, especially in the early bracket levels is great! ^^
Im kinda new to this game im level 60 rm. Can I only enter the dungeons during Friday? I already bought dungeon coins but I still cant enter. The only dungeon I can enter is the Leren chasm story mode.
You should be able to enter dungeons without even paying twice a day, so I'm not sure what could be the problem. Are you sure you're picking a difficulty appropriate to your level, the one in the 31-60 bracket? :) I don't think joining a party is necessary either, but you can still try joining a random one and see if that changes anything! Hope one of these works out
Ranger is definitely an easy class to start with! There won't be much debate over what stats to add, DEX basically covers everything for bow users :) Hope you'll enjoy Flyff Universe ^^
I did mention it somewhere on the video but that was more of a side-mentioned than anything, sorry for that :P Wouldn't serve as that great of a hook to watch the whole video though xD And well, I don't mean to make fun or anything, but what did you expect out of "story" difficulty? :D That's just there for the quests if you can't get your hands on a group ^^
@@emenalus haha for sure I didn't do it for the loot , it's just poor game design in my opinion that the quest says kill 20 of 1 kill 20 of 2 .. but the second monsters don't spawn till you kill 60 of the first, and in the dungeon thing said loot at the end if that all wasn't there I wouldn't have expected anything from it. Also wasn't a jab at the video still helped great
@@Robin92B Yeah don't worry, I didn't take it as an insult x) It's a fair opinion that I should've highlighted the story difficulty and its downsides a little better! :) I must agree that the fact that you have to leave and re-enter the dungeon constantly just to finish the questline in one fell swoop is just impractical, they should probably have multiple NPCs specifically in story difficulty that you can interact with once you clear a certain phase of mobs (or some sort of auto-complete system like they implemented in WoW) so that you can keep progressing without backtracking. There ARE some checkpoints, but they're not all that obvious and not available after every phase x) The reason why story difficulty and quest requirements don't add up is probably because story difficulty wasn't there from the beginning. In a group of players you aren't guaranteed to tag every single monster that you face, so requiring exactly that amount of mobs and nothing more could result in having to run the dungeon again just for the sake of quests when getting the group together is already hard enough! But it's a lot better than having to go out of your way to look for a group to finish those quests :)
Hey, that's no problem! The solo section at the end is just pure extra, dungeons aren't MEANT to be soloed! What you can't achieve with your own power you can definitely make up for with company, nobody in your group needs special gear if the teamwork is playing well! Dungeons are accessible to everyone, either through power in numbers or being completely OP :D
What do you think, should I make a separate guide for running specific dungeons? 🤔
sounds like a lot of work, but would probably be really well received, as people often search for specific dungeon guides I guess. I would certainly enjoy such videos.
@@hiichbinhagen That it is, which is partially why I couldn't do it for this video. Maybe in the upcoming future :)
Love the idea. Specific dungeon guides sound amazing. I'm currently making a RM for solo 90 envy and I have the gear for it already. 15 lvls to go =)
@@OSRS_KQs Ohh, so definitely on the path that I mentioned on the solo portion of the video! Hope that's gonna go well for you ^^
It would be humbly appreciated. I just got my petal, comet and pang sets for my Merc/Knight I'm starting.
Jeez, thank you lord for giving us this outstanding youtuber and thank you Emenalus for bringing all these guides to us. Much love
