It is funny that you show this 1975 Olds. My parents had a 2 door 1977 Olds Delta 88 which was then my first car to drive during the 1990s. My first thought was.. "Why wasn't this car a convertible?" And I literally was trying to think of who I could get to help me turn it into a convertible.
In 1975 the color chart calls it "Horizon Blue." Our family had a new '75 Olds Custom Cruiser with the infamous clamshell tailgate, and it had the 455 V8 in the Colonial Cream color with the optional woodgrain on the outside. Me had a lot of GM cars starting with the '55 Chevy (bel air w/ pw, auto, power seat, pretty cool), the 60 98, 65 Cutlass Convertible, '77 Supreme couple in mandarin orange w/white interior, the 70 Vista Cruiser, the 75 Customer Cruiser, 81 Delta 88 Royale Brougham, and the last we had from Olds was an '87 Cutlass.... lots of Olds. My father's 1st cousin was an Olds Dealer. He always gave dad a great deal, but I don't have the paperwork. I did save all the window stickers from all those cars. Great cars!
