We've all been tempted by the idea of "cheap and fast," whether it's getting a virtual assistant or other things for our business. But this video reminded me that value matters more than just the cost. Very nice video!

I totally agree with you and I am a VA as well. No matter if you outsource or hire an in-person assistant. If the client(realtors for example) don't have their own system or process, it will going to be hard to the VAs as well. We won't be able to help, if the leader is out of place and don't even have a plan. Luckily, the client I work with right now is very reliable and really know what or how his business works.

As a VA - I love this! I work specifically for people in my county and don’t charge discounted rates. Some of my clients actually have a full time executive assistant and I assist them with special projects specifically for stimulating their database and CRM organization. Works great!
