sometimes my Acer Aspire 5 will completely off by itself without any notice. I will have to wait 5 mins to press the power button and it will start again. It happens either plug in the power or not. I have open up the laptop and cleanup the fan but it still happen once in a while. May I ask what could be the issues and how to identify or solve it? THank you
🫠Regarding your question, the issue is a BGA ball joint under the GPU, it will require a reballing. also before that you may need to check the capacitors , not something you can do at home my friend it will requires tools and experiance. sorry to inform you about it. when we get this issue 90% is the GPU ball joints.
Very helpful, thanks!
