  • A Radiohead cover from Nic's first solo performance since 1981. Accompanied by his son Joe and Belinda O'Hooley, as part of the In Search Of Nic Jones concert at London's Southbank.
The concert was originally conceived for and performed at Sidmouth FolkWeek in 2010. Nic sang with his old group Bandoggs at that concert, but saved this solo surprise for the London show, which was staged as part of Stewart Lee's Austerity Binge.

Nic - I remember you and your great performances from your Chelmsford days when I was just a kid. Now to see you back up where you belong and covering a song from one of my favourite bands makes my heart glad ...I wish you all the best.

I was there in Chelmsford too, so lucky to have him as a resident back then. I probably didn't realise quite what we had as I was a teenager, but he still made a great impact on me.
