Buttermere Village | Lake District

A quick tour of the village of Buttermere, the two lakes either side and a trip to the fells of Haystacks and Fleetwith Pike. Alfred Wainwright's favourite place and a truly beautiful place to visit.
Buttermere lake & Crummock water sit either side of this beautiful hamlet. There’s a bus service that runs through & out to Honister Slate mine.
Truly the most beautiful & peaceful place!
