In high school we took a trip to the county court house. I saw one case of a probation violation for a weapons position.The dense was advocating for no jail time. He put forth positive character statements. All from wardens, asst. wardens and CO's. The judge stopped the dense attorney. He asked how many incarceration the defendent had? Six. How many were probation violations,? Four. All you've shown me is that your client is a model prisoner not a model citizen. So your client needs to be in prison.

He later admitted to not being trans and using the stupid laws to get a soft sentence and access to plenty of women. Technically, that is a part of the Geneva checklist. You're not supposed to put men and women in prison together. It's considered a crime against humanity.

That allowed for more activists to infiltrate modern media and the classrooms of our children to keep trying to solidify the righteousness of the trans movement. Now a lot of people are either a) fully indoctrinated into believing "trans rights" are more important than human rights or b) too afraid to say otherwise.

I just looked up this case and it happened in the same district that I grew up in, and that I live in. I am terrified, and no man should ever be placed in a women’s prison period.
