You threw me off dropping their names correctly outta nowhere lol. Mad impressed. Not even confusing IN with Leeknow. Love your reactions man, you don’t over sensationalise it, and actually have commentary to add. Keep it up - nothing compares with the early days of discovering them and their music. It’s a whole journey, and they have such different sounds album to album. Once you start to know their personalities too, it just locks you in more.

Don't worry about the swearing! Chan and Felix have taught STAY all about Aussie culture. Chan in particular has a hard time NOT swearing - so any time you hear a suspicious lyric that might seem like a hidden swear word... it is!

Han is crazy talented, so many of the songs he writes for skz turn out to be my favs without even knowing 😭 The fact he sings SO well on top of the rapping, writing, dancing and playing guitar is admirable.
I have to applaud the whole group each time I listen to a song
Tablo IS a producer/songwriter. He made many songs for the hip hop trio, Epik high, that he is part of. He also owns his own music label
I also recommend watching some funny compilations of stray kids if you wanna get to know their personalities. The channel Katya strom makes good ones (maybe you could do individual vids for each member with another solo song reaction)

I don't think I've ever subscribed to a reactor so early in their journey, but your truly genuine and open-minded approach won me over already in your first video. I really hope you will keep going with this, deep dive, get to know them and become a long-term Stay, and that you will keep sharing this journey with us, because let me tell you ... your videos are a delight to watch. So many reactors are over the top or downright fake, and your authentic and down-to-earth manner is utterly refreshing. Looking foeward to many many more reactions from you!
Also, when you had your "moment" in the beginning when watching "Walking on Water" you got me kind of emotional right with you, because those 8 men are so amazingly talented yet so humble and lovable and it's such a priviledge to live in a world where they grace us with their music and art.
As to your question "Where have these guys been?" - There is a quote floating around, not sure where it's from, but it says something along the lines of " "Stray Kids come into your life when you least expect it and when you need them the most." So you didn't find them. They found you. Welcome to Stayville, my friend! :D

So, there is not one single Stray Kids’ song that I don’t like, and I have the feeling that you might end up having the same “problem”. This is why I love Stray Kids, I have never found a singer, a band, or a group where I like ALL of their songs. I listen to plenty of other artists and their songs make my playlist, but not all of them. Some songs I like because of the vocals, some because of the production value, some because of the lyrics, all of Stray Kids’ songs have merit. They put everything they have into each song.

17:20 That's actually very usual for stray kids, using korean "shhh" (쉿) to say "shit" since it's pronounced shi. You'll encounter it more often, among other things, as "Idols shouldn't be swearing TM" exists in K-pop, but stray kids love their word play as is, so this one's an easy one for them to use

I think you doing the solo songs first really helps you know who is who in the group already :) I found Stray Kids about 6 months ago and they have been who I listen to all the time anymore. And I am a 55 year old woman that only listened to Rock all my life. I hate to say it I tried to give other Kpop Groups a listen and I just can not get into the other groups.
They get alot of hate for not being the normal version of KPop. They reply in songs to the hate. They was getting alot of heat from being short so they came out with Giant.

I'm 56 and been listening to SKZ on repeat for a year and a half now. Lol. I've been sucked in and am a total fan - off to the concert in July luckily.I have managed to find other male groups that I have on my playlists now (like NCT 127's hype songs, 82 Major's raps, WayV for a more "vocal" R&B sound, Ateez's most recent albums, some Xdinary heroes and some Seventeen), but only half their songs hit...Whereas Stray kids discography is unmatched!
I keep trying but I haven't managed to find a girl group I like yet...just when Lee Young Ji raps on a song.
Perhaps once your a year or two in you might try some of those groups again - Other Stays often like the same ones. But SKZ has enough content to keep us going for years..plus 2 new albums this year! We are blessed!

I feel your pain about just missing seeing them live in concert. Their previous tour had them in Australia at the beginning of 2023 and I discovered them in May 2023. I did get to their recent Sydney concert last October and can absolutely confirm it is worth the travel (I travelled from Qld) to see them live. It was hands down the best concert I’ve ever been to.
One of the most amazing things about Stayville is the sheer diversity of the fans, especially in age. I’ve never seen such a broad age range in any other kpop fandom, and Stays are incredibly welcoming to each other no matter how different they may be from each other. It was very apparent at the concert. Me, a 52 year old woman, had a couple of young teens with their dad on one side of me, a woman who looked in her 20s on the other side and a couple of people I’d say in their late 30s to 40s in front of me. All of us were united in singing our lungs out, bopping along to every song and just loving the talent and personalities of those amazing 8 men on stage.

If walkin on water was your favorite track, you might want to check out their remix versions (on or off camera):
    - Hip ver (on the HOP album; track 4)
    - Sway ver (which also has a live performance paired with mountains from the Ate album)
    - Sleigh ver (Christmas themed)
Stray kids are so creative with remixing their own songs and many reactors skip over them thinking they won't be that different from the original. Personally, there are parts in every remix that I find so exciting/fun, and I have favorite parts out of each of them!

Just a little note so that you don't get mislead by the broad use of the word producer because many subtitles translate everything from Korean as producer, even though they often should say lyricist/composer. Mostly only BangChan works on the beats with other producers. Changbin and Han (and Chan) compose the melodies and raps and write lyrics.😉 All of them are huge idea banks and their music is their vision and this does not take anything away from their work and 100% of the lyrics (and most melody composition) is done by 3racha or other members, so their message is really genuine. Just wanted to make it clear that some people have the misconception about what we would assume producing to be in English (making the instrumentals, not the broad term for any part of song making) because they don't look more into the song credits.
For example in this album Chan is credited for working on the beats for Walking on Water, Bounce Back, U and Railway with one, sometimes two, other producers. The rest are cedited all over the lyric making and melody/rap composition. Each of them worked on lyrics and melodies of their solos, Han worked on Bounce Back with Chan and all of 3racha worked on the ot8 songs' lyrics+melodies. All of them are super talented and extremely hard-working.

    2. I best like the idea of going backwards from HOP, so next would be Giant, then ATE, and so on! I’m always more interested in knowing their current versions of self, and driving deeper into history as I go. That said, starting from the beginning is also not a bad choice. Their pre debut album is called Mixtape from 2018. Some people suggested watching their pre debut survival TV show, but I’m not sure if that will be blocked.

I came into this vid not really expecting anything and then you started name dropping??? I literally went back a few secs just to check if I heard you right 😂 That was SO impressive!
Yeah, I'd wait for the 2025 guide because a LOT of things happened this year! You have the right idea with starting from the beginning and I like the idea of doing the INTRO in one vid, Music in another and then behind the scenes thing in a third! Another thing you might like to do, maybe, is watching things to help you learn abt the kids in between albums? Just to feel closer to them, the best part of this journey is getting to know them as people as well as their music!
Also, I'm not sure if this was mentioned to you, but SKZ have a thing they do at the end of every year; it's called a "STEP OUT" video. In these, they do a general recap of everything they did in the previous year and then announce their general plans for the following year.
(ex. in STEP OUT 2025, they recap what they did in 2024 and then tell us in general what they plan to do in 2025)

    Also a quick resume
    3racha (producing unit)

    Bangchan (leader) (vocal unit)
    Changbin (main rapper)
    Han (main rapper)
    Danceracha

Lee know (dance leader) (vocal unit)
Hyunjin (main dancer) (rap unit) (center)
    Felix (lead dancer) (rap unit)
    Vocalracha

    Seungmin (main vocalist)
    I.N (lead vocalist)
They can all do everything but it's still important to know these roles to understand their specialities, it will all make sense with the guide this just a pretty straightforward resume 😂

Bummer …I was lucky enough to be introduced to SKZ late 2022…In February 2023 I went with my girls to my first ever K-pop concert, for their Maniac world tour in Sydney and Melbourne…I had a holiday booked with the family for the UK in 2023 then found out SKZ were headliners for Lollapalooza Paris at the same time , so we popped over to Paris and saw them at Lollapalooza and then just a few months back in Australia in Melbourne and Sydney for DominATE world tour…To say I have been blessed and rather spoilt since discovering Stray Kids is an understatement… But all the money spent travelling from the NT is so worth it and I do not regret a cent…The adrenaline you get from watching Stray Kids live, their energy and pure talent is unmatched..Australia being Chris and Felix’s home country (of course the rest of the members are like honorary Aussies) I cross my fingers it will be sooner than later we get to see them live again…Thank you for your wonderful reaction and look forward to your next one 🫰🏻

Love just how quickly you've learnt their names - that's so impressive, not to mention the info you've retained from watching the intro video alone. I really loved your previous reactions. I think you'd really enjoy their making-of videos for their MVs too. I'm so excited for your SKZ journey. Swit is the actual Korean word for shoosh (shush), but you're correct, it was definite wordplay for 💩. Swearing in K-pop is generally frowned upon, but creative wordplay gets around that, as any potential criticism can be dismissed by the official lyrics. Of course, during behind the scenes footage, members can and do 'slip up', but because it's quite rare to hear, it actually sounds cute rather than offensive. Being an Aussie too, I get the swearing, and it certainly does not offend me. There's even footage of an interaction between Bang Chan and Felix where Felix calls him a 'see you next Tuesday', but we definitely don't hear it, and it's use is only implied, but let's face it, they're just 2 typical Aussie blokes. Dropping the f bomb is one thing, but the c word is definitely out of bounds.
I know we were so blessed getting 9 MVs from a single album, but I'm greedy, and I really wish they'd released an MV for U. I really wanted to see them with Tablo rather than just hearing them together. Fun facts: Tablo, (Epik High), is 2nd gen - Stray Kids are 4th gen. He has the highest iq in K-pop - 160, and graduated from Stanford University, earming his degree in Eng Lit and his masters in Creative Writing at the same time... in under 4 years. He had a huge scandal when netizens accused him of lying about his education... until he was vindicated when Stanford confirmed everything he said. We've been waiting for U since Megaverse was released. Tablo had a cameo in the MV, and it was hinted that there would be a collab. The song was meant to be released on their following album but was held over for some reason. SKZ do this often - hold songs over, releasing them later than expected for whatever reason.
Every member of SKZ is a member of KOMCA - the Korean Music Copyright Association, but Bang Chan, Changbin and Han have all been promoted to full members. KOMCA covers all music, not just K-pop, and to be promoted to full members is a big deal, given the criteria involved, including certain minimum revenue from your songs. You must be voted to full status by the board members, and only 25 people are promoted each year. Han is the youngest musician to be promoted to full member - he was just 23. That's a huge achievement.
Can't wait for the next reaction... you're doing great mate.
We're really lucky. Most idols don't tend to come to Oz, and if they do it's rare, but thanks to Bang Chan and Felix, Oz is like a second home for SKZ. You should check out their latest Oz concert to know what to expect. I really believe their concerts are the best.

You could watch Hellevator and District 9, not sure if those have intros. Or you could do the title tracks backwards, especially God's Menu as that song was a turning point in their sound and popularity. I'll be back for more Stray Kids

So impressed with your reactions getting all their names right, and n 3Racha. I love that all 8 of them can sing rap and dance. Something fun was their unit songs on the Maniac tour. 2 song Rap was Muddy Water and vocal was Waiting for Us. You should react to the, but the also switched up once an each unit did the others song. This means you get to hear Seungmin and I.N rap Han and Changbin’s parts.

Tablo was/is a member of an old kpop group Epik High... It wasn't exactly a kpop group. Epik High mostly had rap based songs and Tablo was a part in the skz megaverse (rockstar album) music video and since then it was kinda predicted they'd to a colab

    • @tova1412
      @tova1412 4 дня назад

yes and just to emphasise how big they are, Tablo (and Epik High in general) were really big in Korea (still are tbh) and influenced /a lot/ of current rappers in kpop now since many grew up listening to them, hence why skz were kinda fanboying over getting to work with him on a track in the intro haha

Awesome! I'm very much enjoying your journey, and I'm very happy you're enjoying it as well! Honestly, I think going back to the start with Hellevator and that album could be fun, but I'd also be down for going in reverse, with either Giant (their latest Japanese album) or Ate - both are really great. I'd say the only reason to go with Ate first over Giant is that the behind-the-scenes stuff for their Japanese releases is much harder to find, and sometimes doesn't have English subs, whereas their Korean releases have the intro and dance practices, etc.
Also, I assume someone's probably mentioned this, but in case they haven't, if you go back to Hellevator and Mixtape, there is a ninth member, who left about a year later (for undisclosed 'personal reasons').
Looking forward to your next reactions!

I have found the easiest way to watch Stray Kids content era by era is to go to the playlists on their main Stray Kids channel (not JYPE). Start with the very last one that's just called "Hellevator". Then go only to the ones that say "Album Special [Album Name]" as these contain everything that is in the other playlists that aren't album specials. Once in the playlist, they are backwards chronologically so start all the way from the bottom. I know this is confusing as hell, so lmk if I can clear anything up. There will be things in the playlists that will get blocked if you try to react them (like Live Stages. I have seen some creators cover everything that says the broadcasters name and invert the video to avoid it, but I'm not really sure how that works).

Epik High's Tablo and Mithra Jin (you have to hear him his flows are always amazing) know how to spit bars and DJ Tukutz(3rd member of Epik high) knows how to make some killer beats and has some killer dance moves. I highly recommend you check out some of their discography like their recent songs antihero and Michelin Cypher, Rosario is also a good one as well. He also has solo work that he released it called 1000years its in chinese and English there is also an Mv he is an amazing lyricist and an incredible producer i am so happy he was able to collaborate with talented group like stray kids Tablo absolutely killed this collaboration 🔥🔥you should also see any video of Epik High performing live you will be blown away

I was so excited to see this drop! Watched and liked within the first hour ❤
The first time I heard walking in water, I wasn’t necessarily an immediate fan. After about the 2nd and 3rd time, it’s become one of my favorites!
Dance - I tried learning the choreo. The footwork got me stumped 😂.. there’s nothing easy about it. “Jjam” is another crazy dance one..
In regards to the 2024 guide.. it’s still helpful information (recently rewatch just because), but I do think it’s worth waiting for the 2025 - I doubt it’s much longer and they really did do so much this year.
I recommend it watching the recent “skz-talker Go! Ep 1 and 2 Seoul) - it shows some great behind the scenes from the recent concerts and how they prepared for their solo songs :) since you have context for those already, this would be a great addition!

    • @kristelmarie143
      @kristelmarie143 4 дня назад

And yes, I watched your whole reaction!
So in regards to watching from the beginning.. that might be difficult since that have so much! I would suggest at least seeing their two most recent “era” - from “Loose your Breath” to “ATE” - then maybe going back to the beginning too? “Hellavator” is worth the watch, but then there’s the rabbit hole of watching how they got together to make that song…. So worth it, but it will definitely be a lot of content!
You won’t run out. :) - my older sister lives in Sydney (along with my brother) she just missed them on tour there 😂 so I understand.

As I watched your reaction - I remembered myself at the time of my first introduction to Stray Kids. I didn't like rap, I didn't listen to K-pop and I didn't have much music in my life. And even though I found SКZ during the 5-Star era, the first song was ‘Red Lights’ and after a while, ‘God's Menu.’ And as I watched the ‘God's Menu’ videos over and over again - I didn't even realise whether I liked them or not. I didn't understand what was going on, but the SКZ had me so hooked that I couldn't stop. And then I started to recognise the personalities of the guys and finally fell down that rabbit hole.

Anyway though, I agree with all the comments saying the guide video is well worth 2 hours of your time and we WILL watch the entire thing if you react to it! Hey! I don’t normally comment on RUclips videos, but I’ve really been enjoying your reaction videos. I think going backwards from HOP would make the most sense, simply because you’re more likely to get spoiled on their newer songs if you’re watching other content. I also agree that you should wait for a 2025 SKZ guide.
Here’s a couple of projects which I would love to see you react to at some point and won’t be mentioned within their main discography.
SKZ-REPLAY: This is an album release of all the SKZ-PLAYER/SKZ-RECORD songs that had been released by 2022. Similar to HOP, every member wrote a solo song to be released on this album (no music videos though, unfortunately). Almost all of the songs on this album are solo or unit songs. Continuing off the vibe from your first video, I think this project is a great way to learn about and explore each of the members individually through their music.
SKZ-RECORD: There’s been A LOT of SKZ-RECORDs unofficially released after SKZ-REPLAY that aren’t on streaming platforms. Hopefully we’ll get a second SKZ-REPLAY with the official release of these songs. But until then, I made a playlist you can use: ruclips.net/p/PLWe9aq8-pN__W9ItiDHO5-c5NjlwmKEna&si=9M3LVODvQ7iE4OXJ
3RACHA Mixtapes: 3RACHA has three pre-debut mixtapes (2017, 3DAYS, Horizon) which were all released before SKZ was formed. I think these mixtapes do a great job of showing the origin and progression of SKZ’s music. I made playlists for each of the albums with lyric videos (although some just… don’t have one).
    J:/2017/mixtape: ruclips.net/p/PLWe9aq8-pN_8HZ-edQcDvBQT0502nNggA&si=gj7QqT67U3ioxezb
    3DAYS: ruclips.net/p/PLWe9aq8-pN__0r7WYw7WgOg18PoXKR_EA&si=fyv-KOv6muhJDa7m
    Horizon: ruclips.net/p/PLWe9aq8-pN_-hHjSnuEQC9AAUMkQh804c&si=udejGJtl0lKoLUMG
That being said, all these songs are exclusively rap and only feature the members of 3RACHA. Plus, some of the songs are less serious than others and obviously was made without access to the top-end production equipment SKZ has now. For that reason, I wouldn’t recommend actually listening to all of 3RACHA’s discography until you’ve listened to a bit more of SKZ’s songs.
I also didn’t include any of 3RACHA’s deleted songs in the above playlists. These songs use already existing beats from western hip hop songs, which can definitely be cool to listen to as a hip hop fan. But, I wouldn’t recommend listening to them without knowing the original songs.
Oh, and, if you haven’t been told already:
    - CB97 = Bang Chan
    - SPEARB = Changbin
    - J.ONE = Han
Hope this is a bit helpful. Looking forward to seeing the rest of your journey!

Hellavator is their pre-debut song. But it's also included in their first mini album "Mixtape".
Perhaps you can listen to it backwards. So, from Hop > Giant (Japanese album) > Ate > Rockstar > etc. Honestly up to you tho!
YES! I'm quite curious what other drum and bass songs you’ve heard. Perhaps can introduce the XG group as well? Heard of them but never actually listen to any of their songs.
If you're thinking of venturing into other groups, i think you could try listening to "ATEEZ". They're besties with Stray Kids. And their music are very experimental as well. All of them are all rounders too, and writes their own songs at times. Can check them out when you want 🎉

Loving your journey, Liam! After only one listen of their solos, you know their names. Most ppl who just listen to SKZ group songs take ages to learn their names. Your experiment to “start backwards” was refreshing. As an Aussie, I wish they were much more well known in Australia too but alas not as much as Asia, the US and some of Europe. But there are pluses with that lesser popularity. Chan and Felix and the rest of the boys can come to Australia and get out and about with some relative anonymity though that has been changing as they become more popular.

Where have these guys been.... right? In their chk chk boom music video at the end Ryan looks around and there is skz in his studio and he says "have you guys been here the whole time?" YES THEY HAVE... at least since 2018. It was a subtle poke at everyone just learning who they are. Love it. Tablo is fantastic. He is a member of Epik High. They do lots of collab work. First of all, I love your reactions! I hope this comment helps answer some of your questions and provides you with some good advice and that the great hidden gems in these links and this information saves you some time.
You could absolutely go all the way back to their first album and go chronologically. I would reccomend using like spotify to check out the order they put stuff out in instead of trying to navigate through all the youtube channels. From the songs with the most listens you'll be able to figure out which ones would have music videos. I reccommend you always watch the dance practices, they are always great. Similarly to the versitility in their songs, they have done some many different cool styles of dances. Also, I reccomend you always watch their intro videos as well as their album trailers first, before you react to their albums, some of their albums even have multiple intro parts which show some of their proccess of learning their choreographies and the recording of the songs.

I would personally advise that you listen to these albums first in the following chronological order, even if you don't use this order I hope this helps you to know what's going on with some of these albums:
1 - "GO LIVE" -> (this in my opinion is a great next album to listen to as it marks a pivoting point in their discography mainly with the song "God's Menu" which they gained a lot of recognition for) Main points to highlight, the title track is unsurprisingly "God's Menu" (aswell as the music video and dance practice, this studio choom performance is really great: ruclips.net/video/dx9gQRCT_kM/видео.html&pp=iAQB8AUB) , the song "Easy" also has a music video and a dance practice (highly reccommend you watch) and the tracks "Top" and "Slump" were the opening and ending songs they made for the anime "Tower of God" (This is a great performance: ruclips.net/video/drCHPnS2_60/видео.html&pp=iAQB8AUB). The song "Blueprint" also has a music video and "TA" has a dance practice video.
2 - "IN LIFE" -> This album is kind of a continuation of "GO LIVE", it has another title track which is "Back Door" (other than the MV and dance practice here's another cool performance video: ruclips.net/video/IuQ0nddkU2M/видео.html), the songs "Any" and "Ex" have a music videos. The song "All in" was originally as Japanese song release so they have a music video for it in their Japan youtube channel for that original version as well as a dance practice but then they also made a dance practice video for the Korean version of the song which is in their main youtube channel. There are three small group songs "WOW" from Hyunjin, Lee Know and Felix (so I reccommed this performance as they are the main dancers: ruclips.net/video/udupP1NXSPc/видео.html), "We Go" by Bang Chan, Chang Bin and Han and "My Universe" by Seungmin and I.N.
3 - "NO EASY" -> Another very successful and big album, the title track is "Thunderous" (another studio choom performance: ruclips.net/video/ly3HDyks4Bs/видео.html), "Cheese" has a music video and "Domino" is a huge fan favourite and has an amazing dance pratice video. They performed "The View" live (ruclips.net/video/PKiX6nl4zNU/видео.html), you get to hear them sing live and it's a different type of performance from their usual, very refreshing. There are small group songs again, this time "Gone Away" by Han, Seungmin and I.N, "Red Lights" by Hyunjin and Bangchan and "Surfin' " by Changbin, Lee Know and Felix, which all have a music video. The song "Mixtape : OH" has a great live vocal performance (ruclips.net/video/XhwImas7D0c/видео.html&pp=iAQB) and "Secret, Secret" and "Sorry, I love you" both have videos. Around this time, Hyunjin did an artist of the month performance on studio choom (ruclips.net/video/T-ajHVsMcKk/видео.html&pp=iAQB), I also highly reccommend you watch the making off video because he worked really hard on this.
4 - "ODDINARY" -> Small aside, during the promotion for this album, Seungmin went on a programme called Lee Mujin service where he go to showcase his singing (ruclips.net/video/WoKA_Zt0STQ/видео.html&pp=iAQB). Later, Han, I.N and Lee Know also went to this program and I highly reccommend all of them. I will later mention when the other members went. This is a mini album and the title track is "Maniac" (this is a vocal performance ruclips.net/video/G9SEes4TcRg/видео.html&pp=iAQB and this is a dance performance ruclips.net/video/APB-AKpnKT4/видео.html&pp=ygUKc2t6IG1hbmlhYw%3D%3D), the songs "Venom", "Lonely St." and "Freeze" have music videos. They also later made a dance practice video for "Freeze". I also reccommend this live performance of "Venom" and "Maniac" (ruclips.net/video/0QKhAdN-keY/видео.html&pp=ygUTc2t6IHBlcmZvcm1hbmNlIG1tYQ%3D%3D0). More small group songs, "Waiting for Us" by Lee Know, Bang Chan, Seungmin and I.N and "Muddy Water" by Changbin, Hyunjin, Han and Felix.
5 - "Maxident" -> Aside, this is when Han did the Lee Mujin service (ruclips.net/video/OE9BfiiMSrU/видео.html&pp=iAQB). The title track is "CASE 143" (vocal performance: ruclips.net/video/OYY1A-An1aY/видео.html&pp=iAQB, dance performance video: ruclips.net/video/_z-MPuOIBoM/видео.html&pp=iAQB), the songs "CHILL", "SUPER BOARD" and "Give Me Your TMI" have music videos. This album has more small group songs, "Taste" by Hyunjin, Felix and Lee Know (performance video: ruclips.net/video/lLDR3rU-hFE/видео.html&pp=iAQB), "3 RACHA" by Bang Chan, Han and Changbin (live performance: ruclips.net/video/In7JdJUMF_w/видео.html&pp=ygULc2t6IDMgcmFjaGE%3D) and "Can't Stop" by I.N and Seungmin (live performance: ruclips.net/video/xa094JLX1U8/видео.html&pp=ygUOc2t6IGNhbid0IHN0b3A%3D). They also did the puppy interview around this time: ruclips.net/video/tbN9RJQqi-E/видео.html&pp=iAQB. I highly reccommend this live performance from around this time: ruclips.net/video/zphWOp9pZDM/видео.html. The song "Circus" originally came out in Japanese and that version of the song has a music video in their japan youtube channel.
6 - "5-STAR" -> Around this time, I.N went of Lee Mujin service too: ruclips.net/video/hQrlBne5PI8/видео.html&pp=iAQB. Another big and very important album. The title track is "S-Class" (this is a great live comeback performance: ruclips.net/video/rTAJDKj-HcY/видео.html&pp=iAQB and this song also has a studio choom performance: ruclips.net/video/Qg1Ff9UVttM/видео.html&pp=ygUKc2t6IHNjbGFzcw%3D%3D), the song "Super Bowl" later got a music video for its Japanese version, "Topline" and "Mixtape : Time Out" have music videos, "DLC", "GET LIT", "FNF" and "Youtiful" all have videos too. This is a great video they made around this time where they react to fan covers of their songs: ruclips.net/video/CK0E4numAmM/видео.html&pp=iAQB.
7 - "ROCK-STAR" -> For the promotions of this album they made a short film called "SKZFLIX": ruclips.net/video/Ib78vpMJOJo/видео.html. The title track is "LALALALA" (another studio choom performance: ruclips.net/video/rwiskJjUjig/видео.html&pp=iAQB), the songs "Megaverse" and "Leave" have stage videos and "Megaverse" also has a music video and a dance practice video. "Social Path" already had a music video for its original japanese version. I really reccommend these two live performances of songs from this and the previous album: ruclips.net/video/I_5SS4OH_dU/видео.html&pp=iAQB and ruclips.net/video/UMAXjS73-WE/видео.html&pp=ygUqc3RyYXkga8SxZHMgcGVyZm9ybWFuY2UgZ29sZGVuIGRpc2sgYXdhcmRz.
8 - "ATE" -> An aside, this song isn't a part of the album but it is a single and has a music video, "Lose My Breath" featuring Charlie Puth, was released before this album and aswell as this album were Stray Kid's most successful and targeted releases for the american music market (For this song I reccommend the dance practice and this performance: ruclips.net/video/SE05iCw3qY8/видео.html&pp=ygUac3RyYXkga8SxZHMgbG9zZSBteSBicmVhdGg%3D). Also, around this time Lee Know did the Lee Mujin Service: ruclips.net/video/MVKXCY5lx0s/видео.html&pp=ygUec3RyYXkga8SxZHMgbGVlIGtub3cgbGVlIG11amlu. The title track is "Chk Chk Boom" (this dance performance video is really good: ruclips.net/video/T17AR8cVmto/видео.html&pp=iAQB), the songs "Mountains", "JJAM" and "Stray Kids" also have music videos and "JJAM" also has a dance practice video. Around this time they also put out the single "SLASH" which was a part of the soundtrack for the film "Deadpool and Wolverine". I also reccommend this performance from the 2024 billboard music awards: ruclips.net/video/vBcmBn-5W0U/видео.html&pp=iAQB.
      >>> YOU HAVE REACHED THE PRESENT
I hope this comment helps you navigate through these core albums. I have skipped a few of their japanese album releases which you should definitely go back to listen to after listening to these, I also skipped the album "SKZ-REPLAY", which has lots of songs that they had only released in a small series with this name on youtube that they compiled together, this album has lots of solo songs and small group songs that you should definitely listen to later. Also, I would like to highlight that even though I think this is the best way for you to start diving into their discography, I think all their albums prior to "GO LIVE" are great and definitetly worth listening to after listening to these core ones. One of the main reasons why "GO LIVE" was such a pivoting point, was that it was the first album they realeased after their ex-member Woojin left the group and they took their final form of a group of 8. They even released right before the album "SKZ2020" with 8 member versions of a lot of their previous songs. Have fun on your Stray Kids journey!

Check out Battleground from their “The Sound” album for some aggressive rap in Japanese :D
Then listen to “Cover Me” for all vocals. Whiplash for sure.

55:16 so Hellevator was created during their survival show (Album: Mixtape), after that District 9 is their debut song (Album: I am NOT). After that the album’s go: I am WHO, I am YOU, Clé 1:MIROH, Clé 2: Yellow Wood, Clé: LEVANTER, GO LIVE, IN LIFE, ALL IN, NOEASY, SKZ2021 (mostly re-recorded songs), ODDINARY, MAXIDENT, SKZ-REPLAY (lots of solos and unit songs), THE SOUND, 5-STAR, ROCK-STAR, ATE, GIANT, and then HOP. They also have a lot of singles, EPs, and collabs mixed in such as Come Play (Arcane soundtrack), Slash (Deadpool and Wolverine soundtrack), Social Path (ft. LiSA), CIRCUS (Japanese EP), Christmas EveL (Christmas EP), etc etc etc. They also have some unreleased solo/unit songs and covers on their RUclips.

I really enjoy your reactions 😊. So happy to see another aussie appreciating the boys. I normally listen to heavy metal, punk, emo style music, and finding straykids really made me fall in love with rap, haha😂. Their music is so diverse there really is something for everyone. I also used to listen to a lot of like electronic kida music and Bang Chan enjoys that style music as well, so you can really hear it in the production of the music. Can't wait for more vids. After re-listening to certain songs, my opinion changes like i wasnt sure about JJAM, and now i play it soooo much. I absolutely love it 😂

Can't wait for your behind the scenes reaction! I would continue doing entire albums at a time, you get to see the variety they put out. If you want other content recommendations, they have a variety show on their youtube channel called SKZ code that is very fun.
