We must open out mind and change the way we eat. But note changing the way you eat is a process. Everyone will change but as vegan we must not act like we are better then anyone
The video was great!!! But one thing I'd like for Black people to do is.....STOP acknowledging non Black people about matters that concern YOU!!! Let them think whatever they think, thats their right....but you KNOW what you KNOW....and validation or acknowledgement from them is NOT required!!! Take that time & energy you spend sharing with, or teaching them, and give that lesson to one of your people!!!

You can neither be proud or ashamed of something that did not require any work on your part to achieve - you had no part in you race or gender. I always shake my head when people talk about proud or ashamed of being white, black, asian, hispanic, man or woman. If we as a people are designing and building computer, space ships, sneakers, TVs, airplanes then we can be proud of those achievements.
I'm sure Dave have well meaning intention. But the money we use is an American dollar. You can invest that money in a "Black bank" or you can invested in you trusted choice of financial institution. All in all when the system falls the American dollar is what it is, and every bank with American currency is out of order. You might consider investing in precious minerals, or! doing like great Gram'ma: put you money in a sock~

I most definitely seen him throw up a lot of hand signs he's speaking some truth but at the same time he's still a conformisists for the powers that be,and also you can kinda tell in his speech that he loves his money but behind him loving his money his speech was really inspiring and very in a way intellectual. I think david banner knows a lot of truth but he dosent wanna get knocked off by the powers to be for bringing out the truth because he's probably afraid too loose what he gained financially. I like his speechess but that wolf is still on his back. people that bring out too much truth will eventually be punished if you don't conform.
What David is saying sounds good, but if he had the bible to back it up it would sound better. We are living under the curses in Deuteronomy 28:15-68. It is very important that we read and understand that we (Blacks, Latinos, and Native Americans) are the only ones that fit the curses. If we were the only ones to go into slavery with ships, as it says inn verse 68, then we can only be the Israelites that Moses was speaking to in Deuteronomy 1:1. Once we understand who we really are according to the bible then and only then can we make a change. Shalom MHNCB.
