Eu sempre lavei meu cabelo apenas 2 vezes por semana.... não há necessidade de lavar o cabelo todos os dias.... o shampoo é um detergente feito com soda cáustica e produtos químicos, e lavar os cabelos todos os dias prejudica demais o couro cabeludo e os cabelos..... eles vão perdendo o brilho natural.....
Eu não lavo meu cabelo todo dia porque sei que isso vai danificar os fios.... e por isso sempre tive um cabelo bom, saudável e muito bonito... com maciez e brilho natural, liso e cheio de balanço.

Aproach them as individuals treat them like adults and they will, aproach them as a group and a comedy dynamic will stop you getting a serious answer! or just a desire to act immature in front of each other. but 1 on 1 if they are feeling included in the conversation and dont feel like they are being taught a lesson it helps aswell.
Most guys around me don't care. Even if they do, they wouldn't speak out loud. It's usually girls themselves who'll gossip about this "ew look at her she's wearing sleeveless top but she still has her underarm hair" or smth like that 💀
Girl im a guy and i respect girls a lot but they behave that way because are in front of a camera and many people will see them. Believe me they would react different without a camera there.

It really surprises me when people (like the boy here) think you can just hold it in when you are on your period, like why woud we need pads/tampons when we can just release it every time we go to the toilet? And the girls grow armpit hair too... after hearing this, i really think sex education in schools should not be seperated by gender for some topics..

Back when i was still a child, i also thought you can just hold the blood in 😂🤣 well i figured that's not the case when i finally started menstruation.
Remember they are Korean so they have much less body hair than almost any other ethnicity on the planet. So with girls’ armpit hair, there probably isn’t a whole lot to begin with so it’s not surprising. You’d never hear a guy say that outside of East Asia

And your statement is also not correct for every girl, there are ones that get a lot and some who get just a few and it is also the same for guys. So this is no excuse not to know these things and it doesn't change the fact that boys should also get educated about these matters (+periods) in school to not make ignorant statements.

Aquelas "coisas" que saem na menstruação que não são sangue é a camada do endometrio que reveste o útero e que se descama com a menstruação..... e não, minhas roupas íntimas não ficam manchadas, porque eu levo muito bem e ficam limpas..... aqui no Brasil os absorventes tem uma camada de cola para fixar bem na calcinha, então eles ficam pregados no tecido e não saem do lugar.

Na Coréia existe absorventes assim tbm. Mais o meu preferido e o absorvente de calcinha. Uma calcinha super confortável, parecendo uma frauda com bastante algodão para não vazar (nunca fui pra lá mais meu irmão me manda umas coisinhas haha)

No sé, conmigo depende porque normalmente cuando salgo del baño y ando menstruando, durante la ducha mi sangrado se detiene. Cuando salgo me va bajando de a poquito (se siente muy incómodo) pero yo tengo una toalla (mediana/chica y de color oscuro) para estos casos. Cuando se mancha no se ve y cuando se lava no hay problema porque como es color, morada/rojo vino, 0 problemas.
Recuerden secarse bien para no almacenar bacterias.

I used to die for three days without eating or drinking, but after giving birth I don't feel anything thank god.
Something pretty similar happened I got covid then overdosed and when I gained my consciousness after the overdose we came home and after 40-45 mins my periods started out of nowhere they were irregular for 2 months and in the last month I didn't even get them. I had the 4th worst cramps that day and it went on for 4 days.

Los cabellos entre las nalgas es algo de reírse. Me sucede bastante porque tengo el cabello exactamente limitando en los glúteos.
Da un poco de asco y estres así que me paro bajo la ducha medio minuto para que con el agua se resbalen. Y cuando se enredan con el jabón es otro dolor de cabeza.
Y lo de los bellos de las piernas es algo que práctico actualmente. Es totalmente jodido rasurarse porque los bellos me crecen rápido así que lo tengo que hacer al momento y debido a eso tengo que planear mis outfits dependiendo del lugar al que voy, con quién voy y demás factores.
A veces es jodido ser mujer...

Tip: When you’re on your period, and you’re going to the shower, take a underwear with the pad already attached, a clean tampon, a cleaned cup or anything and just put it on the bathroom countertop or something. That way when you get out of the shower, you’ll have one ready for you.
Question: Do you use a towel to dry “that area” when on your period or do you just put a pad/tampon/etc and you just wait because it will automatically dry itself?
For the question, I don't dry it bc I'm afraid the towel might get stained w blood so I just put on the underwear w pad and it dries itself
I used to dry it with the towel at the very beginning but it got some stains, so I started to use toilet paper lmao

El asunto con el vello de las axilas no es que a nosotras nos importe mas (porque de lo contrario también nos depilariamos en invierno) sino que es que recibimos comentarios contra nuestra higiene si tenemos los vellos de las axilas (o piernas) crecidos
exactamente y de paso no es para nada antigienico. no es que nos importe no tener vello, sino que recibimos más criticas que los hombres por tener pelos en otros lugares que no sea la cabeza (ojalá la chica le hubiese dicho algo).
