Also Google should be broken up, its a monopoly too, Facebook and Twitter (and similar sites) should be considered the modern "public square" and just adhere to US law regarding that, maybe some new law specific for the internet should be passed but in the spirit of an Internet Bill of Rights IBOR, not to restrict free speech.

In big Cities, they can just deliver packages to rooftops. Mailrooms can have someone check on packages periodically, and less traffic up there, so packages can move faster. Will look a lot like a Starwars scene or some other futuristic city.

My son went from working hard on a hay farm to being a package driver for Amazon for one dollar more an hour. He loved it at first but that love quickly wore off. As he kept making his delivery time goals each week, they kept pushing him more and more without any bonuses. It was never good enough. He was working 12-hour shifts. He was exhausted, going up flights upstairs carrying packages daily.
The better he was, the more they worked him until he completely gave out. Once he tripped on a step and he was terrified to tell management so he wouldn't get yelled at n get a mark against him or get fired. I cleaned his elbow and super glued his elbow skin together and put butterfly stitches on it send sent him back to work.
A year later, after 2 years of no raises, tighter goals to meet, no recognition for safety, and reaching his goals, he gave up n quit. Post From Km

This is where I hope a major public backlash will start. It’s becoming more widely known that delivery drivers are treated like slaves, or worse. It’s like the company’s HR probably figure there’s plenty more where the last one came from.

Consumerism is honestly turning into a disease that only succeeds in making you realise how much you don't have, and draws your attention away from how much you actually do have. It is all about more, faster, bigger, but no one actually stops to really think if letting these trillion-dollar companies do whatever the hell they want won't give them more power and influence than they actually deserve.
As much as I love technology, I feel the following question needs serious thought and resources.
if we automate every industry how do people earn money to purchase the products and services being offered? Henry Ford once said car's can't buy cars. The Grab and go stores sound great but there's no human interaction, like going to a cafe and ordering from robots defeats a lot of the enjoyment.
We will become more robotic and less likely to engage with random people. I know this is being looked at, however I think its a pretty big topic that needs a lot more focus.
Elon Musk talks about what should happen when more jobs become automated in our other. Also when the personal computer was coming out people were fighting against it saying it would take away a lot of jobs (mainly secretaries).
@@VentureCity I have seen some of his talks in this area, thankfully he's one of few people talking about it. in my mind we need to start over hauling our education system because here in the UK its more or less the same as when my granddad went to school.
Human will do more "human-like" interesting and innovative, creative jobs, leaving repetitive workload for machines. That's what needed for the betterment of the society.

Surely those might not be of good quality, but that's a start. Can't comment about other educational sectors though.

Donna Williams - I love to joke around too but all jokes aside, Alexa and Siri are truly dangerous to own. There are all kinds of reports of ppl saying that out of nowhere, even when the owner turns off the talk bot, there is a creepy sounding witch scream that comes out of it. It happens when you least expect it and one of my friends also told me it happened to her. It's very much a type of subliminal coding and just a part of the same mind-control scams to mess w/ people. I can't believe anyone would want this garbage in their homes. It's also been researched and proven that it's a part of the CIA's Vault 7 program where it was designed to be spyware.
Why do ppl want their privacy violated like this? Are ppl really that lonely or insecure - afraid to not jump on the hipster bandwagon 'trending mode' and be seen as cool to everyone they know? The most authentic definition of 'cool' is to be also saying NO sometimes to things we don't need. It's a sign of real wisdom and maturity to research everything first w/ healthy skepticism and to have some patience and have good impulse control.
It's never wise to cave under ANY kind of peer pressure - esp when falling for all this evil tech w/ all of its 'dirty electricity' and emf's/ radiation levels. It's not all good for us. Some tech is fine, but others not. Instead of judging 'all tech as fine' in an overall general sense, it's cooler to be more discerning and only use what is safe or less dangerous, w/ less emf's/ dirty electricity, etc....My g-fd. Debbie woke up & took her model back & said she's never buying this junk again. Maybe not all models have this built-in feature, but they all are tracking us and trying to get into our heads and influence us w/ their subliminal coding. 1 year ago I saw an ad for Amazon, and that ad worked on me. The ad told me to cancel Amazon Prime yearly at $60, and only get it on a monthly basis for 2 or 3 months of the year. I did that. I saved money. That ad was on the CNBC channel on RUclips. Thanks CNBC!

But in the future, if you have no money because your job was automated a decade ago and you've been living on government assistance ever since, and you live in a society where every niche is filled and there are laws preventing you from trying anything new without proper safety measures that only big corporations can afford to implement, then you're stuck. Either you start breaking the law out of frustration (i.e rioting), or you start breaking the law out of entrepreneurialism (i.e. organized crime), but in either circumstance you become a criminal. As soon as your criminal activities become public knowledge, the authorities mobilize to stop you. Not everyone will be content to do "fun" activities to pass the time until they die of old age. I am one of them; if I don't have something important to do at least once a week, I start to question the point of staying alive.

Don't take this the wrong way, but you are one of the ones in our society the elite powers that run the world call 'useful idiots' b/c you parrot what they pitch to us w/ blind support for what they sell b/c you don't think it through. Look at it like this: just b/c the swimming pool is great to swim in doesn't mean the ocean is too.., so you gradually went from your baby pool to a huge underground pool w/ all the works but later, you go surfing when you were warned about a tsunami coming but you failed to listen b/c you thought the warning was silly but you go in anyway and die b/c you thought you could beat a natural disaster or that it wouldn't happen..The ocean is full of wastes - esp the Pacific O, and may be full of disease and sharks where your pool is in a controlled environment. So w/ your logic, 'everything goes' b/c you're already on this track w/ what came before.
W/ a little more CRITICAL THINKING - this is the LOGICAL WAY TO SEE IT: Pot was OK as a kid, or a little alcohol but for some, it's a gateway into heroin. So, the cell phones don't have as much radiation as say - a Smart Meter or Neuralink. Your computer's screen is lower in emf's too as is your TV screen. But, over time, in the 'GRADUALITY PROCESS', these evil powers-that-be keep upping the ante, and before you know it, you're overdosing on their heroin. If you would remove your blinders, you may be able to avoid this NATURAL DISASTER that is about to one day take you over in a huge tidal wave and drown 'yo ass.If you refuse to return to shore, all I can say is, 'Happy swimming!'

Imagine a drone highway running from city to city and above a cities skyline. The drones would be as big as a van and be powered by a small ramjet engine. They can carry goods and then send the goods down to the front porch of your house in the suburbs using mini drones on them. This is very achievable concept.
