Quite boring to see every bushcraft guy doing the same: batoning, ferrod rod and feather sticking. Be create and doing some else please.

Thanks for your commentary in english. I have heard that the carbon is quicker to reshapen that the stainless. Did you find that? Mark

The Stainless Steel version of the Garberg has the 14C28N :) ...while the Kansbol has the 12C27, at least when I bought them over 2 years ago. :)

HI Herr, so can you elaborate bit more in a detail. I'm going to buy one of these knifes. Garberg black blade, Kansabol or Pathfinder black blade. I will do feathering for my SOLO Titan woodburner stove and splitting logs for it. Also slicing bread and sausages!

@@kristaps2010 Well, I‘m not an expert on what steel is best for what. I also don’t really have a use for them at the moment, so I own them because I like them.
You might want to look into the specifications of these knives again. …because the Garberg Black Blade has (high) carbon, not a stainless steel, blade, if I remember correctly. So checking the specifications might be a good idea for each knife.
The one with the stainless steel blade will likely be more rust resistant than the one with the carbon steel blade. For example.

      @@Elektroslag I accidentally added that N to 12C27.
14C28N however is correct, even Sandvik calls it their 14C28N. That’s also where the typo comes from. I was too much in the flow with the 14C28N and gave 12C27 a little extra letter.

These mora knives have and will continue to shame many commercial and custom knives for the price point and performance.

I don't like the handle of the Garberg. The shape feels very odd to me.
