Matteo Esposito is an accomplished and acclaimed playwright and he is a non union set designer. He will be making his Off Off Broadway debut in August with a play he wrote about autism. Called Sorting It Out, this play has been put on over four times across North America.
Being autistic himself, his plays and sets have been recognized in festivals such as the Talking It Out Festival in NYC and Virtual Theatre Lab based in Arizona.
His sets includes Sorting It Out and The Power of O, a one women musical about autism playing late July early August at The Tank Theatre Off Off Broadway NYC.
Upcoming shows include They’ll Love You for It, with an all neurodiverse creative team which Matteo will be doing the set for. This play about mental illness will launch in 2024 in Arizona.
