Russian embassy used to belong to Peter D'Aguiar, who formed the UF united force party, that formed a coalition government with PNC. Banks DIH was the businesses started by D'AGUIAR. Including XM rum.

After the 4 lanes East Coast highway was completed late 70's to early 80's. The highway traffic volume has gradually increased , and Public Road Kitty has become a "bottleneck" Public Road Kitty needs to be widened, or the traffic needs to be diverted. This requires engineering traffic and geomettic alignment studdies. Its not going to be cheap but development costs money.
