That's expensive but nice I wouldn't pay more than $1500 ❤
Half of the rent goes into maintenance of the in unit pool lol. The door leading to outside is the the maintainer to access
You mentioned it was slippery on the roof pool deck. I’ve stayed at The Base on Second Road and is really slippery. To the point where it is bad. I don’t understand why they don’t knurl or do something with the tiles.
I stayed there in February very nice building prime location but it is over priced for what you get and there’s so many people live there it take a long time to get the elevator because you have remember it’s 59 floors so elevator do a lot of stopping but at the end of the day it’s a prime location and beachfront so i will be moving there in October
I like the intro, I think you should get a camera gyro stabilizer / Gimbal to take your channel to the next level some of the footage is quite shakey. for example the hohem iSteady Mobile Plus Gimbal Stabilizer. Overall very informative and I agree with you nobody builds out condo amenities like Thailand ! I'm currently in Cebu City and its alright but not as good
All those people you see at the rooftop pool are tourists renting a room through Airbnb.
Ngl for $2200 I would expect more space. Thats pretty small for that price. Most condos have those same amenities so the price just isn’t ideal imo. Still cheaper than the west but I can’t justify that price for Pattaya. But, I would definitely take a studio there for sure.
I’ll be showing some bigger condos soon!
@@theisaiahashleyshow4251 I’ll keep an eye out for it
I'm confused, the ad starts off saying 550 a month, but a sign shows 2200 a month. Which is it?
The prices are very good for all the amenities and services , fully furnished , brand new luxurious apartments 😊
I was gonna stay here but the rooms are like crazy small!! Like if your above average height there is no way!!! I moved to the condo directly behind this one and got a extra bedroom for the exact same price and its way bigger!!!!
Nice!
What’s the name of it? Is it more understated in luxury than copa?
@@TheClassyHacker yea the gym sucks and pool is not as good. But it’s quiet and very spacious with great views. It’s called “The Grand Jomtien”. I have videos where I’m in my condo on my page and you can see the layout and view.
wanted to be there but saw someone else touring it and showing the facilities area... the place is packed full of people all the time, why rent a place where you can't properly use the building facilities with peace
Does your passport still have to be at least six months old prior to entering Thailand?
$3k for a 1/1 hell no. I'll stick with your earlier condo reviews of &500.00 per month.
lol I love that you're already thinking in Baht and having trouble converting prices in your head. I'm the same with Vietnam Dong to USD/EUR, when I visit home I have to convert everything from Euro to Dong to get an idea of how much it is 😂
This is where im staying next month. Such an amazing building
Nice!
I seen $2200 and then i seen $550...Im about to be booking instead of going straight to Bangkok, its what i wanted to do anyway, now im about to check this unit out
Good show as always, what platform do you use for editing. I love your intro by the way.
@@wegoglobal thanks! I use CapCut
@@theisaiahashleyshow4251 Thanks!
💯 I’d love to live there! I haven’t stayed on the Jomtien side of Pattaya. But with the beach and the night market there, it’d be a great place to live.
The building is beautiful but extremely over priced. Full villas with pool and a gym are cheaper than most of those condos.
Not a fair comparison. Oranges and apples, my bud. A truck may be larger and cheaper than a sports car, but of course it is.
The price is why it is empty
Shoebox sized rooms with questionable build quality. Popular with Chinese and Russians as offshore investments. Haven’t met one westerner who recommends it.
@Spotted_liver I can't speak to the build quality, so that may be true. Point is high-rise condos offer different selling points vs villas. Some people prefer what the condo offers.
You can legally own a condo in difference to a villa 🙏
stayed in june 52nd floor lifts were a pain in the ass .the room was very very small it was a private let so had a nightmare getting the door pass from the agent ,the room on the video is so much metter than the one i stayed in
I was there 3 days ago.
Omg, the one bedroom is fire, that’s what I’m looking for 😎
Always liked the Copa. I think its only down side is its most likely at some point the plot of land either side will be built on which will take the sea views from 70% of the units. But as a short term thing its pretty attractive. Would have been even better if they had built it down on Dongtan beach so it was closer to the city, but I guess the land cost is a lot more.
im very interested in moving to thailand in the future! i also just got my 5 free gifts excited to look at them later
thank you!
also i think your gonna pass me in subscribers soon LMAO
Nice bro i wish i seen this earlier.... wow
That copa is too gaudy; I prefer understated elegance. Have you seen a place like that with similar amenities? I haven’t but found just the right place yet.
Where do you go rent there? Nice video.
Its $2600 dollars, for a place like that in the UK you are paying way above that!
My mortgage here in Southern California is 2600 a month, so it’s not necessarily the price of the condos that’s offputting, it’s just no one goes to Thailand to spend almost $3000 a month on a condo they don’t own, particularly one that’s small as hell. Especially when you’re in a city where condos routinely run $300-$500 a month. Come on now, unless it comes with a live-in bar girl, they should give you some size with that price! That condo should be almost 3000 ft.² at that price! It’s not really the price, it’s what you’re not getting for that price. Even a Baller doesn’t just want to throw their money away!
Hey there I commented on one if your other videos about a 300 a month AirBnB. Can you please maybe share more details because im here in BKK and my AirBnB is 300 a week near Sukumvit 60.
@@FeverishCalm it’s not $300/month on Airbnb it’s that price for a contract.
@@theisaiahashleyshow4251 OK gotcha - just a heads up in the beginning of the video you state you're going to visit him at an AirBnB. That's quite a distinction. Thank you for such a quick response! If you have any other insights or if you have a tip for people living here I'd love to hear more. I assume maybe you have some kind of service for people here for a long time?
I’d like to see a video showing what Jomtien is like to live in, from a walking/baht bus and occasional Grab perspective. I haven’t seen a video like that on RUclips yet.
I have videos like that on my channel
@@theisaiahashleyshow4251 Cool! I just discovered your channel! I’ll check them out!
Does the unit come with WiFi, cable and electricity?
That’s additional
Hey brother
Is there a chance you can make a video about how I can find/book a teaching job in Thailand while being outside of the country
So I can work immediately and earn a living
I’d have to find a teacher who i could interview first
Aaa. strange as I will be staying there in a minute....Thanks 4 sharing cuz
Toronto builds way more condos than all of Thailand combined. And new york builds more luxurious condos. Thailand might be the best at building cheap condos at rip off prices. It's ok for vacation don't know if I would invest my money in one.
What do you think they are worth per month?
@@theisaiahashleyshow4251 1500 - 2000 per month is a fair price. But they just built the condo, I understand they are trying to recoup as much of that cost up front.
52nd floor? How many floors total??
You can get a unit like this for around $1,300 USD.
Question: If you brought different female house guests every night or two, nonstop, would it be a problem?
Lmao may be a problem if one of the girls find out 😂 otherwise nah haha
T.I.T... you can do what you want no one cares!
i'm glad you were honest with that pizza, it looked terrible
Lmao it was ass 😂
Who is responsible for cleaning that private pool? 🤔 If they are, that would explain the extra access door to the pool area from the hall, so they don't have to disturb you when they come to service it, as well as the lock on that door which allows you to prevent hall access if you wish the pool area private for a time
Big + for Copacabana = Pet Friendly! My cat and I could be happy, there.
Happy to see your foot is much better!
@@annthrockmorton1517 i think cleaning is included
What up with the AllState guy voice intro😂
@@dae1973 i was testing out ai 😂
Yeah it’s worth it
Nice!💯
$2200 US No way .. Way too Small
I can get damn near 3 places for that much
LOL those prices are for people that don't know any better. Or are too lazy to just check around. The second unit was nice, but still feels overpriced.
I like riviera wongamat more
It's not for ballers it's for people who aren't familiar with pricing in Thailand. 😂
😂😂
Gorgeous views
I am not a fan of amenities at all. Amenities are not free so you will pay a heavy price at the end of the year when you get the maintenance bill. They charge 40 thb per square meter per month and up. If I want to go to the gym I will join a gym, if I want a sauna I will go outside, if I want to play pool I will go to a pool hall. Trust me over time you will not use those amenities enough for it to be worth your money. And yes if you rent you don't have to pay for that directly but the landlord does so for sure he just passes the fee on to you via your monthly payment. In the beginning it seems like a good idea but its really not especially in a building that large there are a million other people wanting to use those amenities.
I am interested in the first bedrooms shown . Not interested in the ridiculous rental. Need to buy cash, name the price.
You’re looking to purchase a condo?
Pizza look good
First unit the 2 bedroom isn't much for 2200 dollars a month, very small beds I think you're just paying for the view
Is it worth it? Yes. Would I pay it? No.
They hit you with the monthly HOA fees until you can no longer afford them, then they foreclose and sell it to a new fool.
Definitely overpriced. Probably aimed at rich Russian and Chinese renters.
Woah 2200 a month that's usa prices lol
@@Zo-eb3ks lol yea but something of the equivalent would probably cost even more
@@theisaiahashleyshow4251 With that view, high quality amenities, 4 miles from the city. I think it would be considerably more in Miami, SoCal etc.
I'm not paying $2200 a month! I need money for the bar girls!
No. Too expensive. Better value in older buildings
BUT ...... ? CAN YOU RENT 2MONTHS ? THE LENGHT OF A THAI VISA !
No living room
Thats too small for $2200
Overpriced. Big time.
Nope not at those prices.
Thailand is affordable😢
Lots of Russians in this area....didnt like the vibe. Just sayin.
1 YEAR RENT LEASE WHILE A THAI VISA IS 2 MONTHS MAKES NO SENSE ???
Huh?
Depends which visa you have doesn't it?
I actually think the voiceover is pretty cool. AI voices came a long way. It’s just gonna be hard for you to switch over because people are used to you and your voice. I’ve seen a few RUclipsrs try to take the AI shortcut after building a following and most of The viewers laughed, complained or unsubscribed. It’s something that you have to start your channel off with doing. If you want to use scripted voiceover, maybe you should try cloning your own voice so It can have more of an authentic feel. Just my two cents. Love your content fam
lol yes i only used it for the intro just out of curiosity haha
For Pattaya definitely overpriced
Hell NO it isn’t budget friendly 😂! Not for Thailand
@@iC4XCLEARLY 😂😂
Another leaking condo in Thailand 😂😂😂😂
Too many kids around
