    Ngl for $2200 I would expect more space. Thats pretty small for that price. Most condos have those same amenities so the price just isn’t ideal imo. Still cheaper than the west but I can’t justify that price for Pattaya. But, I would definitely take a studio there for sure.

    Always liked the Copa. I think its only down side is its most likely at some point the plot of land either side will be built on which will take the sea views from 70% of the units. But as a short term thing its pretty attractive. Would have been even better if they had built it down on Dongtan beach so it was closer to the city, but I guess the land cost is a lot more.

  • @troyelam8978
    @troyelam8978 Месяц назад

    My mortgage here in Southern California is 2600 a month, so it’s not necessarily the price of the condos that’s offputting, it’s just no one goes to Thailand to spend almost $3000 a month on a condo they don’t own, particularly one that’s small as hell. Especially when you’re in a city where condos routinely run $300-$500 a month. Come on now, unless it comes with a live-in bar girl, they should give you some size with that price! That condo should be almost 3000 ft.² at that price! It’s not really the price, it’s what you’re not getting for that price. Even a Baller doesn’t just want to throw their money away!

    I am not a fan of amenities at all. Amenities are not free so you will pay a heavy price at the end of the year when you get the maintenance bill. They charge 40 thb per square meter per month and up. If I want to go to the gym I will join a gym, if I want a sauna I will go outside, if I want to play pool I will go to a pool hall. Trust me over time you will not use those amenities enough for it to be worth your money. And yes if you rent you don't have to pay for that directly but the landlord does so for sure he just passes the fee on to you via your monthly payment. In the beginning it seems like a good idea but its really not especially in a building that large there are a million other people wanting to use those amenities.

I’ve seen a few RUclipsrs try to take the AI shortcut after building a following and most of The viewers laughed, complained or unsubscribed. It’s something that you have to start your channel off with doing. If you want to use scripted voiceover, maybe you should try cloning your own voice so It can have more of an authentic feel.
