It's so much graphic that come out with oil - you should flush out with brake cleaner to remove residue out of system. I think this method is good if you maintenance you folks more often like, every 10,000 only.
30 minute job IF the top fork nuts are exposed. When you have to remove about 20 pieces like on my Road King, yep it took about 3 hours. You need dolls hands to get those nuts back in the headlight bezel. Lost one and never found it. Royal pain!

You didn't decompress the forks ( jack the bike up ) or all the oil won't go out.
If it normally takes you 3 hours to change fork oil? You're doing it wrong.
