But that's just my opinion, it's your house Jared. Oh and not much longer on your new prosthesis. Hopefully it'll help with your back and knee pain. I know about that myself. I was in a car accident on 12-12-07 and have been in pain ever since and have to take pain meds 3 x a day. As far as the knee, my doctor recommended knee arthroscopy and had to be non weight bearing for 3 months, it was supposed to encourage the bone to provide some cushion between the bones. It didn't help. So, what I'm saying is I have the same pains that your having a far as the back and knee, just different causes. I watch all of your videos. Happy New Year everyone. Oh, did you hear about the terrorist attack where the Superbowl is going to be held? They said they came over the border in a van. 🙂↔️

Wall erasers work good for this as maintenance too.A swift mop with pad make a great tool. The pad size works for dust and clean same for our local dollar tree options.

If they haven't been painted that would help to keep them clean. I learned when we were flipping houses that "Crud Cutter" works very nicely for a lot of different cleaning. Old appliances I was going to toss. We used that, and kept the appliances. Looked like new. Doors look great, Your mix worked very well. I lie the shingles but the siding would look nice too and save you and your Dad a lot of extra work with both your health situations. Stay healthy so you can enjoy your new home.

I use liquid TSP for cleaning. hard stuff (with gloves). Double solution for paint prep much like a liquid sandpaper. PS IMMEDIATELY GET IT OFF YOUR METAL AND GLASS
I finally cleaned and primed mine with Kilzs 3 primer and then put a final 2 coats of good outdoor enamel paint. So after a couple of months all is looking great. Sheds off dirt and looks like the first day i painted them . I think fiberglass just attracts dirt and grime and it sticks

The train runs on a schedule, they switch out the crew here in Kingsville. Well use to before Covid. Vinegar and Water for the winders and the wood will work now just as a maintenance routine will keep it all looking awesome.

If doing tongue n groove for porch ceiling then do siding for top of porch wall. Will make ceiling pop better. Yes bleach spray is great. Hope Pops doing well. Get some cedar 2x4s make frames add hogwire n a gate to keep cluckers off porch.
Keep that bleach and water idea when your wooden fence starts to look old and turning grey. Just use a cheap sprayer and spray the fence down top to bottom and it turns just like new. No need to rinse. Plus it doesn't hurt plants. We moved into a house that the fence around the pool was dirty dirty grey and used that and it looked brand new when I was done. I then sealed with Thompson water sealer. I was told several times how nice my new fence looked. LOL It was the old.

I"d aluminum wrap the edges of the roof & gutters, so much less worry about it rotting or having to paint it through the years, luv it!!❤
