This Chopin Etude was inspired from Czerny's Etude Op 365 No 19, which is an extremely similar piece with that same weak finger chromatic scale technique.
Thanks for your comment😎
Thanks for the tips and help, PianoTechSupport :)
Its an devilish piece indeed. One might think its an easy short sounding etude, but, its like wandering into a forest and getting lost after a while, performance wise. Personally, by the time i arrive at bar 32 (E major descending) my right hand usually quits on me, either out of numbness, or just pain cause of presure. Just like you explained, one needs to find the right balance between the constant smooth legato playing, but at the same time using less force on the keys as possible, to avoid hand fatigue.
Very well said! Glad it was of help, and thanks for watching! btw; at first it took me also some time to make this etude in one run through. Luckily I started to practice young enough so that I automated movements better. That's probably also important but not mandatory😁
Can you pls do similar one to Ocean etude? Thanks
Thanks for the comment, I did already cover the Ocean etude :D
