This sounds and is so sick. You have no idea how great your programs are. You encapsulated it best when you said it aids us in "discovering sounds rather than of having to completely build them". This is exactly what I want to do with producing as I don't think I can produce otherwise. The skill, talent, and knowledge base to completely create something from nothing are beyond me. Shaping sounds rather than having to completely create them from the ground up is my in to producing. Scaler and others like this are making aspiring producers' dreams come true. You're not just programmers, program platformers, or whatever else. You're dream makers.

Finally, I have no idea where the drums come from, but they sound good: if you are still reading comments, please let us know whether than was a loop (links welcome). Thanks a lot.
I read allllll the comments, my friend! Bad news though, I don't remember what pack those drums came from, but I get all my loops from Loopcloud. You should check it out :) - JC
Air Hype gets grief but it’s actually a versatile, nice sounding synth. It has some visual cues that are peculiar but you can get some decent sounds from it.
So Air sound design techniques include pick 'Big Synth' and play with the 'Orange triangle', good sound quality but it feels like a preset tweaker? this is £100 on Plugin Boutique and Pigments 4 is £85.
It is not againts you in particuliar , but I would never understand why not demo-ing software instruments in FULL SCREEN or at least using a kind of control zooming when moving knobs. The plugin GUI is displayed in a less than a quarter of the video I am sorry but it is a waste of effort from you to demo something barely readable and does not give me want to even try a demo of it... it is a pity as this plugin sounds really good and looks nice (from what I can see of it) but I would like to see / read the controls you are changing during the video playback which IMHO should be the goal of your walkthrough videos no ? Thanks for your understanding
It is good that Air is moving away from Ilok. It is so useless and Ilok basically forces you in to buying their hardware to use on different machines in different studios. Huge con. Not to mention complete headache every-time you use it. If you have your machine registered and then stolen you can not recover your license. This new app is amazing. Can't wait to use it in my productions...
Hype came out together with the Akai Force years ago with this same GUI. I don't know when RC20 came out but if I had to guess then they both took inspiration elsewhere.
All their plugins are kinda meh to me. They were some of the first ones I bought when I got into music production. Not bad but not great. They are cheap, but you get what you pay for. 🤷🏻♂️
I also used a lot of Air plugins in the beginning. I bought a lot of cheap VSTs on Pb later, but the sounds of the Air plugins remain the best in my opinion. Only by buying Vst for hundreds of euros / dollars you find better. Vacuum is a beautiful Synth
Air Music are very bad for customer support. I bought AIR Music Software and it was impossible to install because of ilok problem. I send many many message to the support with my invoice number...No answer. Never. Impossible to instal my legit soft... I ll never buy air music again. 🤬 never. Google luke to you. Sylvain.
never had a nissue with their support (since i never used it) but if you have everything registered to your ilok you are good to go. I would miss out on their plugins tho, you get way more for what you pay (not like *ahem* soundspot *ahem*)

if they really want to convince me this is both WT and FM synthesis, they're seriously going to need to do something about this interface
Now we just need to wait until it gets on sale for 10$ which I personally bet will take not so long…

Cool, now I can use this in FL instead of the limited MPC Software.
Just use it In the Vst plug in of the MPC in FL Studio.

They are up against stiff competition from Pigments and Dreamsynth in the area of Swiss Army knife synths.
