As a dermatologist myself I can definitely say option 2 is way more convenient and for all the other add on treatment trust me I was expecting that would cost atleast $200+. I feel like option 3 is all about the gold and truffle nuisance.
I agree. It was more about the limo, the sushi and the overall 'fancy' experience rather than doing any extreme good to your skin. I would rather do option 2, or even just hang out with my friends and do facials on each other with option 1.
Sounded like she was just trying to justify charging people $750 for a facial.. sorry but gold is just an antioxidant and theres no scientific proof that it's better than any other antioxidant at reducing redness, soothing inflammation, or protecting from free radicals which is what and antioxidants do whether ingested or put on the skin.
chloe, nowhere especially after that last one😬 the legit looked almost the exact same. Gold and truffles aren’t anything special or unique to the skin they’re just expensive and rare as fuuuuuuccccc. Like I said in the other comment it’s like grinding up some diamonds into as fine a powder as possible and saying it’s the best physical exfoliator ever. It’s not. You’d get the exact same effect with any physical scrub of the same size. After googling through all the fluff (and there’s a lot of it. Fluff is the first thing that pops up) gold is at best anti inflammatory. And it’s “brightening and lightening” effects are temporary and cosmetic because of gold’s reflective nature. People just wanna feel expensive maybe?
honestly the $750 seems like complete bs. i didn’t see any change in their skin with the before and after they got those _fancy, expensive_ treatments. the $55 seemed the best to me. their skin actually looked awake and glowing afterwards
Drunkern Neko Your pores are not designed to withstand extreme temperatures. So when you use very hot water to wash your face, you might scald your skin. Try lemon-honey mask every single day, just cut a piece of lemon, pour it with honey, rub it to your face and then leave for 10 minutes before you wash it. It's helped me a lot
Yarely Aguilar i think they’re saying a lot of what they said doesn’t make them sound educated bc some of it was fault. In the third facial she even claimed that her face was “burning fat” but that’s obviously false.
yeah. extremely disappointing. teaches me what NOT to do when I become an esthetician. to really study up on exactly what it is I'm using in a product.
I think it is just mainly for people who have to go out and do things after, and your face is sometimes kind of irritated/red from the facial but you also don't necessarily want to go put a full face of makeup on right after so its a nce light coverage so you dont walk out feeling self conscious going places

friday13thirteen I have to agree. I'm mean you can put all that over priced stuff on your face but whats the point if it's not tailered to your skin needs.
The only reason why the 3rd one is expensive is because we all know they gold, truffles and magnet is expensive. Other than that, there’s nothing technical about it.

You can consume gelatin and collagen, as well as other supplements that have been proven affective. In the end you would have to do these things with at least some amount of consistency.
Hannah Clapcott The last one feels luxurious only because its tripled in price of what it is actually worth to make a profit. The second one is the best if you want to see results. They are estheticians working with ingredients in their purest form, and thats why your skin has the best results.
Hannah Clapcott I think if they started with the last one we may see difference but because the second one already got them great the last one wouldn't make it better
As a chemist, this bothered me. "Fluff" is right.... A lot of buzzwords, and people who don't understand science. If you want to have a fun time with friends, then spa is nice, but if you want treatments that work better, and are performed by people with more knowledge (usually, but not always), go to a clinic. I had facials at spas twice. And four times at actual clinics. Spas make your skin nice briefly because you are being slightly exfoliated, and moisturized. The ladies should go to actual clinics (plastic surgery clinics are usually the best) and have microdermabrasian (if it is right for their skin), and facials. Microderm made my skin sooo nice, and smooth, and lasted for over a month.
Chem Is Cry It sounds to me like you were going to spas more targeted for the "fluff" facials. As an esthetician I can assure you that many spas that offer the feel good, pampering facials also offer the more aggressive treatments like microderms and acid/chem peels. It's not just medi spas or clinics.
Really? I feel like the middle one wasn't that expensive. What do facials normally cost? I have it in my mind for some reason that they're around 100 dollars
Well, in my opinion it's a bit expensive for once a month. Where I live you get a decent facial for 20€ (~22$). For the Face Haus facial I'd probably pay 30-35€.
They were making no sense, but I've never questioned it. Just watched the video and moved on. Though, I don't think this facial would be worth it because I didn't notice a difference. If I'm spending $750 for a facial, I want a new face. I want my face to be really smooth(smoother than a baby's but), and looking extremely healthy.
It even annoys me when they use gold in cosmetics. It literally does nothing for your skin, and that gold could be used for something useful, like electronics (yeah, I know that they have like half a miligram or something like that in each cream, but if you count bottle by bottle...)
YES THANK YOU I said the same thing. It's honestly disgusting that companies will prey on the general public (who are usually quite ignorant when it comes to skin) and make so much money off of these scams.
you'd rather clog your skin with something good than leave it open. If you just unclog the skin without a moisturizer or something then all that work you did will be for nothing it's going to dry the crap out of your skin if you don't. Plus unclogging your pores HURTS, the bb cream and final touches help soothe your skin so your're not walking out feeling like you just got the life drained out of you and having more inflammation than you need. She literally said it was basically a moisturizer with tint.
Fun fact regarding vampire facials: Elizabeth Bathory was a Hungarian noblewoman long ago who earned the nick name, "The Blood Countess." Obsessed with beauty and looking young, legend has it that one day, a young handmaiden was combing her Bathory's hair, when she literally hit a snag and pulled too hard. Angry, Bathory seized the comb and slapped the maiden across the face with it. Drawing blood. Some fell on her hand. Still upset, she didn't notice. After awhile, she did. Cleaning off the blood, she noticed the skin on her hand looked younger. A bit of experimentation later, she would kill young virgin girls and literally bath in their blood. Swearing it rejuvenated her skin. She would lure them to the castle by promising poor families in nearby villages to give they're young, virgin daughters jobs at the castle. Well, you can't keep killing young virgins indefinitely before someone notices a whole bunch of them arew missing. Eventually she was found out, and punished properly. It seems someone decided to give her technique a try. But only in facial form, and only with a person's own blood. Clever way to make a buck. But maybe there's something to it.
She wasn't punished properly, actually. She was a countess, one of the richest women in the world at the time. All they could get away with doing to her was putting her under house arrest for the rest of her life. Her cohorts got properly punished.
NGMonocrom Well, she murdered young girls for about 30 years, and it has actually never been proven that she bathed in the girls blood. Just like Vlad Dracula, it's a myth that they consumed(or bathed in) their victims blood. They were just awful people.
Actually it wasn't house arrest. She was put in one small room of her castle. The room was boarded up with only a couple of tiny slits for air and for food to be slid in. Far from a cushy house arrest sentence. Also, considering her age at the time, combined with the fact that she only lived for three and a half more years, lends a great deal of credibility to the theory that she was slowly starved to death by those told to look after and feed her. A small bit of food here and there can keep a person alive for quite awhile while in reality slowly starving away.
TatlTails39 Ok, I don't want to be rude or something but I am from Romania and I can swear that the Dracula myth is a myth 😂😂😂 It just makes me crazy and just beacause I wanted to say this 😂😂😂 His real name is Vlad Tepes and his fathers name is Vlad Dracu Again sorry if I was rude or something like that

And it was tailored to their skin type
Probably because they used BB cream to even everything out

"so cold is good for your skin."
That's why my skin is silky smooth after I fall face first into snow!
That's literally what I said to myself. Lol 😂
Welp us Canadian must have some dang good skin I mean we swim in the snow
Cold can cause irritation. Hence why you don't wash your face with ice cold water.
It's actually true, rubbing ice on the face regularly is good for the skin
@@riof.7947 me who does exactly that:
facial lady : “cold is good for the skin”
me : *goes and put my face in a bowl of ice water for 10 mintues everyday now*
😂😂😂
Jay Thomas does it work? Lmao
It actually is lol
Just open freezer and peek your head in there for a couple of minutes y’all lmaoo
how do you hold your head under water for 10 minutes?
Once every 2-3 days for me. Done on mornings when I feel like a zombie.
I love how they put Freddie's singing priceless
Awesome Tv me to
Yeah!!!
I know right
Awesome Tv I
Awesome Tv lol I thought I was the only person that realized that. Guess not
The second one looks the best for your skin even though it wasn’t the most expensive but the last one looks the most relaxing and posh
Gab Morton I've actually been to Face Haus twice and I love them. All organic ingredients and affordable.
Gab Morton exactly! 💛💛💛
Hannah Clapcott the last one looks amazing but man the price is crazy
This is 2022 and it’s so weird to see Saf here 😂😂
I love how Freddie and Chantel both looked shocked, intrigued and just like wut 😂😂 4:21
as a chemist I find the things they explain extremely funny 😂
Constanze Ge why?
Well it's not really scientificly correct 🙈
Constanze Ge You spelled scientifically incorrect.
Constanze Ge Are you REALLY a chemist?
Omg my brother commented that. :(
As a chemist, this bothered me.
Freckled Fox i think that's okay. i just don't like when people use scientific vocabulary without knowledge which leads to misleading situations.
Chem Is Cry What is Microdermabrasion? (I hope that was correct my phone just automatically autocorrected)
Desiree May It's essentially a vacuum with a rough tip that's used to clear out blackheads and other debris from pores. They're pretty amazing.
+Freckled Fox Are microdermabrasions okay for sensitive skin?
2:04 I actually do this when when I have a cold or runny nose, because it just helps soothe my nose
The second one is the best but imma stick with 17 dollars
I feel like the middle one would be worth it for once a month
Alexis Heng yep agree
Alexis Heng I feel like once a year
Alexis Heng I agree that was the best one!
Really? I feel like the middle one wasn't that expensive. What do facials normally cost? I have it in my mind for some reason that they're around 100 dollars
Well, in my opinion it's a bit expensive for once a month. Where I live you get a decent facial for 20€ (~22$). For the Face Haus facial I'd probably pay 30-35€.
for $750, i better have clear skin, a new car, and straight A's
Blue Ranchero yasss
Blue Ranchero how u gonna buy a car for 750 😂
Blue Ranchero A car for $750?😂😂😂😂
Blue Ranchero 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

“The deepest layer of the keratin level”
like... the third layer?
They were making no sense, but I've never questioned it. Just watched the video and moved on. Though, I don't think this facial would be worth it because I didn't notice a difference. If I'm spending $750 for a facial, I want a new face. I want my face to be really smooth(smoother than a baby's but), and looking extremely healthy.
Is it just me, or do the before pictures look better than the after
It's probably the brightness or angle from the camera
i honestly noticed the difference on the $$ one only and not all of them ( nothing changed on the black girl )
Fahad MV Freddie?
I don't even have money to buy $1 chips at my school LMFAO

Madison Kae y?
Lemoncycle Saf has left Buzzfeed
Ooh thats too bad I liked her. How do you know?
i actuallly am addicted to this video
Watching this video I feel pampered without even doing the facial😂😂
with the home-made facial, they were so gentle with each other - it was so cute.
Yeah, I got half a chub
It even annoys me when they use gold in cosmetics. It literally does nothing for your skin, and that gold could be used for something useful, like electronics (yeah, I know that they have like half a miligram or something like that in each cream, but if you count bottle by bottle...)
Caoba Draconis True, its obviously a pretentious sh9 in the cosmetic industry.
The beauty industry just likes to pretend gold is a useful skin-care product because it makes them tons of money.
Yes! you are literally pouring money down the drain
YES THANK YOU I said the same thing. It's honestly disgusting that companies will prey on the general public (who are usually quite ignorant when it comes to skin) and make so much money off of these scams.
Caoba Draconis if anything they should be using silver in the facials since silver has an antibacterial aspect to it
"So Pineaplle is actually a natural....fruit....acid."

7:00 so your are paying $55 to unclog your skin and then clogging your skin again by putting BB Cream on it
Eleanor Blinkinsop it could though
@@hl9420 did you not hear the kind of. It protects the skin
Dezz isqueen well I know that it protects the skin because it probably has an SPF in it but, it could still clog your skin
you'd rather clog your skin with something good than leave it open. She literally said it was basically a moisturizer with tint.
keyboardspaz well I don’t think it was such a big deal that I had an opinion
I really liked the Face Haus one I would love to go there! Especially since they personalize it to your skin.
Me too!
Team Super?🤪
Teeammm supeerr
666th like woohoo
Team super!!
Usually I just drink a whole bottle of water and look better in like 30 minutes. I'm too broke to get a facial after "a long week" lmao.
Aubrey P Dude it’s the best thing.

Red they aren't paying for the sushi and all that kind of stuff
is it just me or did their faces looked better without the facials smh
Damn a $750 facial should make all of my acne disappear in 5 seconds
TatlTails39 Ok, I don't want to be rude or something but I am from Romania and I can swear that the Dracula myth is a myth 😂😂😂
It just makes me crazy and just beacause I wanted to say this 😂😂😂 His real name is Vlad Tepes and his fathers name is Vlad Dracu
Again sorry if I was rude or something like that
wow interesting..
