    Dear Elaine, indeed it's about participation. And it's so important that the therapist is supporting you during the tests. And sometimes he or she has to support with a lot of humor. That makes everything so much easier (is my experience). Thank you for your tips. ❤Lily

    I have scleroderma and it is always useful to hear the journey and experiences of other patients. Thank you for sharing yours.
    Did your doctor say if there is a risk of virus contamination (especially the C**** one) from inhaling the air from the circuit machine ? Considering we are immunocompromised with Rituxan, Cellcept etc., the risks are higher and can give more complications than with other patients.

      I’m glad my experience can help. My doctor didn’t go over any risk of infection with me. But, during the pandemic we did pause PFTs. I can report I am 3 weeks post the PFT and didn’t have any issues with infection. I am both immune suppressed (medications) and immune compromised (I also have primary immune deficiency). Hope that helps! ❤️
