great video! this channel deserves more subscribers I suggest showing briefly the architectural floor plans to understand better the context of the project. cheers
Just discovered your channel this morning. I like your delivery and can’t wait to see the rest of your videos. +1 more sub. Thanks for sharing your knowledge!
great video. visuals are clear and easy to read. i like your conversational tone. it's easy to follow you. sometimes people read from a script and as a result sound monotone or read it too quickly. but your pace makes it easy to understand you. of course, great content too. i'm not sure if you'll cover it in a future video, but will you get into explaining the connection details of steel? bolting, welding, and combinations of them as they relate to the structural forces?
Hey, I appreciate you for leaving a comment and for the insight. Yes, I can talk about steel connections. Is there anything specific that you’d like for me to cover in that video, besides an explanation of connection types, with some accompanying photos?
Hi, thanks for trusting me with your question. In the structural annotation W14 x W22 [12], the number inside the square brackets [12] typically represents the gauge or thickness of the material being referred to. Good luck!
Your videos are fascinating. Please keep posting more. Also, could you create a video about civil drawings and ADA compliance? Your videos are fantastic!
This is good info -- I am starting an architectural welding business.
Great! Your Entrepreneurship is very admirable. Let me know if there’s any specific content that you’d like to see.

That sounds like a great opportunity. I have 5 interns starting this Monday.
Are you getting into submittal reviews and RFIs? Doing any takeoffs?

@@Nathan-np5io you’re getting some great rotational experience! Hopefully, the summer won’t be too brutal. It hit mid-90s in Texas today.
Thanks man. I’ve been trying to better familiarize myself with drawings, and your descriptions are very understandable.

Hi, @SmithintheBuilding1984. What does the number inside the square brackets [12] in the structural annotation W14x22 [12] mean? Thank you.
