    Thanks for sharing. Did you wrap at 140 with bovril and pull off at 195?

      After we flipped it face down onto the coals it would have been around 155f which is the temp i would wrap a grass fed brisket. I did wrap it with some bovril and it was over 210f before it got tender and i took it off.
